WaveMAX Laundry

Love getting my laundry done in less than 2hrs here! It's not crazy expensive but not that affordable! But it makes my life easier. It's always clean, just wished the bathroom wasn't locked, kinda shy to ask for the key.

You can wash your clothes here, but you just can't dry them because the dryers don't work. Oh but if you tell that to the manager, she won't do anything because she doesn't understand the concept of accountability. Owner tried helping but the public was getting upset because nothing was working. If you're gonna have a business make sure it's working efficiently.

Clean, nice machines. The had snacks, music, tv. Friendly, helpful staff.Reasonable fees... we had 5 loads of laundry including a comforter and we were out in an hour and a half!

Dryers left grease spots all over my white comforter. Otherwise, it seemed like a nice laundrymat.

Appreciate that they had the option for scent free they did a great job cleaning our down comforters

By far the worst experience thus far going here, rude guest saving folding spaces when they are by far from finished. Discourtesy at it's all time high.

I have my own washer and dryer but just moved to the area and needed to use a public washing fact temporarily. While small it has sufficient machines and if you do have to wait it won't be long. The facility is clean, but may need filter cleaning on the dryers more often to prevent damp drys.
I have seen an attendant on premises both times I visited. I also saw a security officer on duty. People I've encountered were polite (customers) and respectful of spaces.
Four stars for the size and uncomfortable seats.

WaveMAX lives up to all the rave reviews I read on here and you can tell that word gets around because I went on a Thursday, late morning, and they were pretty busy! I only had to wait a few minutes for one of the really big machines. And no trouble finding available smaller machines. I've never seen a laundromat that was actually staffed! They do a lot of wash and fold service, so I'm sure that's the reason. The attendant was really friendly and helpful.

One thing to be aware of. I didn't see any machines that were smaller than three loads. The big machine I needed for my weighted blanket said it took nine! Which is probably great if you've got a big family. If there's only two of you, and you sort your lights from your darks you may be paying for a lot more machine than you need. On the other hand, the dryers really do dry most loads in 24 minutes or less. So that's a time and cost savings.

If you've gotta go to the laundromat, this is such a nice place to do it, and you'll be in and out in no time.
