Walmart Neighborhood Market

I stopped by for a quick visit. Used the bathroom and there was a Caucasian blonde male employee inside the female's restroom.

I assumed he was cleaning the sink so I went straight to the stall. After I was done I realized there was no toilet paper and I asked for help I'm case he could assist but he was gone.

I called my fiancé over the phone to get assistance and the guy was around and my fiancé told him the situation and asked if it was ok to come over to bring me the t.p. I asked if my fiancé can bring it instead since there is a huge gap on the door.

And didn't matter to them he still brought a huge roll of TP when he could had warned me as soon as I came in to the restroom.

Very unprofessional. Bagger didn't place my card and gift card in my bag. I had to go all the way back. There was no apology or good customer service about the incident. Mistakes happen, we're human but where is the southern hospitality? Gone!

Love, love, love this place! Never have an issue finding what I need and the customer service center gives me the convenience of not having to go several miles to a SuperCenter to take care of my Moneygram business.

I made my last visit to this store. The evening manager, a woman with a perpetual frown, apparently thinks that it's okay to help people who weren't even in a check out line while the rest of us were forced to wait on someone who clearly hasn't been properly trained. After ten minutes in line, I left my items on the belt and walked away.

My advice? Shop at the Food Lion across the street. Far better service.

Thanks for this wonderful store and fresh delicious food clean atmosphere wonderful staff not overwhelming as the large supermarket therefore you can shop without the crowd!!

Finally a 24-hr Wal-Mart market on my side of town!!! It's less than a mile from my house!!! I no longer have to drive to opposite side of town to get those midnight munchies that is required for an epic binge watching on Netflix and gaming. This location is very new, so its pretty clean, the cashiers are generous, and I am in and out within 10 minutes (depending on what I'm looking for). They also sell Snapple Apple, which is major deal for me. It sucks that it's on the top shelf and at THAT moment, I can't find an employee help me to get them all down. Yeah, I buy them all. Like I said, major deal for me. On one particular venture, an employee opened a Self CheckOut up for me as I only had two items in hand. That was pretty awesome. This market has a pharmacy as well.

Clean store, friendly staff! I just started shopping here it's my favorite and much nicer than the Food Lion across the street

You guys need to update your employees on the new wic cards. I was in there for wayyy longer than need be because this woman first she scanned my card to see how much benefits were left(which is none of your business if it don't pay through wic that's my problem), then she was trying to say that 1.5 did not mean that I get 3 1/2 gallons of my daughters milk for the month. Then she rang up my non wic items and wic items separately making me charge my card twice. You can do the whole transaction together I've done it before! Read up on the new wic cards!

I absolutely love this neighborhood market. I did grocery pickup here and it was flawless. Last few weeks, we've been driving out of our way to shop in the store. Can do a full set of grocery shopping from entering the store to leaving in less than 45 minutes. I like the self-checkout lines for full carts. They have a great selection of products. I know it's limited compared to the supercenter but they have more of the brands that I buy than the supercenter close to me.

A lot better than the super-center nearby. Customer service is actually caring and sufficient and the lines are reasonable since they actually have most of their registers open.
