Does this pharmacy care about people that they serve at all? This is unbelievable. They say my medicine would be ready in two hours on Saturday . I gave it sometime and went the following day, Sunday, instead since I know how slow they are if I show up on time. I showed up on Sunday and they say come back on Monday. I had to talk to them back and forth before they agreed to give it to me. This unacceptable. I hope corporate look at this straighten this location out.
One other time, I gave them a list of prescriptions my doctor gave me and they missed one. I asked them about it and they say call your doctor. Waited 50 minutes to get a flu shot. Never ended up with it the end and left. Had to ask after 30 minutes to get the paperwork to fill it out after not being given it after being told we would. This place is overwhelmed and the customers are ignored unless you keep asking.

A pharmacy located at 184th and Pines blvd, same plaza as Aldi.
The store is well lit, clean, well stocked and organized! I do recommend registering for their rewards program to get good deals and earn points to use for the future.
As someone who worked in Retail Pharmacy before I understand how and why most pharmacies can take a while to fill out medications, or why we may have to wait for a while before our medications are ready. I've also had my fair share of falling in line to pick up prescriptions (either for myself or for a family member) and it would take a loonng time, 40+ minutes. But I would like to commend this pharmacy. I had my prescriptions filled here a couple of times, and Most of the time they would be ready by the time I need them, and in times where in I had to wait, it wasn't that much of a wait (maxx 10minutes). and one time the Technician working actually helped find a coupon that was cheaper with what I had to pay with my insurance.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - John M.PA, PA09May 23, 2023
I really hate this pharmacy. I would love to give zero stars. Incredibly incompetent. Constantly delegates to low level employees who tell you something different depending who you speak too.

I had my doctor send a prescription here and it was ready in less than 30 min. I showed up by the drive through and even when the app said it was not ready for another 30 min, they got it ready for me. There are a lot of bad reviews on the communication, customer service and etiquette on the tellers. However, that is normal for all Walgreens. They do not have the best personal skills or customer service training. But my prescription was test really fast. I am Giving them 5 stars because I never saw the face of the cashier as I went through the drive through and there is tints and you don't even see who is helping you.

Nope, nope, absolutely will not be going or using this pharmacy anymore. It's so sad and disturbing the lack of customer service that is provided today in 2022 in the medical healthcare world. 45 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru to pick up medication that was suppose to be ready- just for the Pharmacy Tech to tell me that they didn't have it and I would have to wait a few days for it. So why call me or notify me to come pick up my medicine than for? Terrible and a complete disregard of peoples time in general. A simple phone call would have been very much appreciated to avoid wasting so much time waiting on something that they did not have. It wouldn't hurt to hire friendlier people as well.

The rudest pharmacy clerk ever. Never once made eye contact with any customer, wouldn't address anyone in a helpful or kind manner

I'd give it zero stars but not an option on Yelp. The hold time to speak to a pharmacist well over 10 min. Then when you finally get someone on the line the attitude you get is atrocious. You'd think they're NOT working w patients who need help. Awful. Will not return!

This pharmacy deserves a "0". Droved up to the window, and the staring game began. Not a "dropping off or picking up?", "Welcome to Walgreens, how can I help you?", nothing. So I just blurted out the name on the script. He didn't ask for a date of birth, address, nothing to confirm the patient. I paid the amount, he slid out the drug, and the staring game began again. No "Thank you","Do you have a question for the pharmacist?","Anything else I could help you with?", nothing. COVID must've killed customer service at this store.
