I saw Dr. Ayriel when my doctor was on vacation and she was a top notch doctor. She showed compassion and was very knowledgeable. Her medical assistant, Teresa and Brittany the sonographer were very kind. I would recommend this group and Doctor to anyone looking for one of a kind care.

Never answer their phones. Left 3 voicemails in the span of 3 days for an emergency prescription I needed filled. No apology or anything. Never going back here

Dr Newman is exceptional. I became a patient of the practice a year ago and have been highly satisfied. The clerical staff is courteous and professional. The medical Staff is polite and efficient. Dr. Newman takes her time asking questions and listening During the consultation. I greatly appreciate the care she exhibits when providing referrals to additional specialist in order to get a whole team approach to my care. Appointments are timely and thorough. I barely have time to sit down and fill out paperwork before they call me in and start visit. 5 stars.

I have been a respected nurse myself for 26 years and have interacted with medical personnel on many levels. I have worked with great doctors and some not so great. I was shocked at the treatment I received at this office. My worst experience ever as a patient.

While Dr. Newman is a thorough doctor, I find it incredibly inconsiderate that despite being the first patient of the morning, I constantly am asked to wait 30-45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. This is consistent with every appointment I've had in the years that I've been here. It's rude.

This my first time seeing Dr. Aryal. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. BEST Doctor ever! Wish I found her earlier.
The staff here were very helpful and friendly.
It's nice you can get a mammogram at this location also

I have seen so many different obgyns for my condition and not one of them have been able to help me until Dr. Aryal! She explained everything so clearly without talking over my head and showed me specifically like with a mirror what my problem was. She offered multiple options for treatment including holistic ones and was very kind. Cannot day enough good things!

I had my time wasted for no reason. I live an hr and a half away. Spent 5 years already trying to find a gyno I liked. this is the fifth location I've tried. I had to go back out to my car to get my insurance card and when I returned they informed me that they could no longer see me. My appt was at 1 by the time I got my card it was 115. They literally just got back from lunch, there was no other patients and no one else in the waiting room. I could hear everyone in the back laughing and talking. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try and find a different gyno and work it around my work schedule. Hope it's not cervical cancer thanks for wasting my time and gas. Do not come to this location. Before I even walked in I had a bad feeling and the place was dirty.

I was a patient of Doctor Newman's and have no complaints. She is definitely not warm and fuzzy so if you are looing for that, look elsewhere. However, I have found her to be professional and competent. I have also found the nursing staff to be adequate. Again, not warm and fuzzy, but just fine.

My issue is with the administrative staff. I have never had an issue until recently, but lately I have found the reception staff to be terrible. I called to ask a simple question about medical records transfer and the person at the front desk said she had no idea and offered no one else that I could speak to. Making appointments has also been more difficult and the few times I have left messages for them, no one ever calls me back.

I'm not sure why its gone so downhill, but I will be changing to another practice.

Dr Newman is very thorough and personable. Her kindness is so appreciated during the exam & consultation, puts me at ease. I usually dred such appointments but not with her.

The receptionist staff is horrible at answering the phone, goes straight to voice mail everytime.
I originally went to Dr. Prichette who practiced here for several years. When she retired I was referred to Dr. Law. Dr.Law is one of the rudest and opinionated Doctors I have ever met. I went with an emergency and let her office and had to go to my regular Physician. She refused to look at scans sent by my Doctor saying they would put a virus on her computer. She refused to look in the fax machine to see if my report from my Doctor had been received. I left her office with no answers and a temperature.
