Waffle House

I always hit this Waffle House when I'm in Huntsville. The ladies are nice and attentive. You can never go wrong with Waffle House... Texas cheesesteak melt and a chocolate chip waffle.. boom !!

And for people expecting gormet... it's Waffle House ! You know what you're gonna get going here.

The food, the quality of the food and the service was completely disgusting. I ordered light bacon, light hashbrowns with onions and over medium eggs with the egg whites cooked. The bacon was overcooked, the hashbrowns were overcooked with No Onions, and the eg whites were snotty. A server started taking my order and another server finished taking it. My daughter didn't get onions on her sandwich that was ordered either.
I was a grill cook at the Huddle House and not once did I ever cook someone's food how they didn't want it. And as the saying goes, don't serve anything that you wouldn't eat. Well, that doesn't mean that if you eat snotty eggs, the other person eats them as well. Not always the case.... If I serve snottty eggs it's because that's what the customer ordered even though I wouldn't eat them. They don't even deserve one star.

Fortunately the food is pretty good, otherwise this would be a one star review. The hash browns and waffles stood out. I'm not sure why their coffee get such great reviews. I found it watered down and lacking taste.
Other experiences - guy next to me at the counter was playing his music off his cell phone alloys enough for everyone to hear with no regard for anyone else. An employees mother came in at 6:50am and sat in the corner wanting a pork chop. Waitress indicated the only reason she worked there wA to get her hair done.
All great experiences visiting my first Waffle House in 25 years!

0630hrs and NO OTHER Help with a half packed Restaurant.

I left 10 minutes after sitting down and realized that WH across America are failing left and right in Customer Service.

Drove 15 minutes to a MacD's and did not want to eat an Egg McMuffin but at least I had my food and coffee within 5 minutes.

Shameful Management...Shameful...

Ok it's been 100 years since I've been to a Waffle House. And, I admit I was hungry, and thinking of Anthony Bourdain when we pulled in. He's right. Friendly fast service. Yummy food. A little greasy and the filling in the sense you going to not need to eat for a few hours. Texas cheesesteak Melt with hash brown completely loaded and added gravy "country" along with a regular 2 egg breakfast and a blueberry waffle. It was all good. Will be back and will put Waffle House back on list of places to hit.

Service was sub par. Drinks were not refilled until after we had already eaten. We had to ask for syrup for our waffles after 3 mins of waiting.

Our server was so sweet and attentive even though the place was PACKED! The place could have been cleaner but it's a Waffle House so you know what to expect. The food was fantastic. Good cheap breakfast before drinking too many at Top Golf!

Food was great, service was terrible. Was one of only a few peoples in there. Sat at the table waiting to order for ten minutes because the server was too busy organizing bowls and talking to the cooks. Always get exceptional service at Waffle House but this was by far the worst service I've ever received.

We have been here twice within two days and both times they sit there and tell us they are not sitting anyone else and my friend brought up what happened last time and the cook with pink hair started to mouth off under her breathe n my other friend asked her to stop 3 different times and then the other lady said "let's all be nice like Christians" I kindly said we weren't Christian's and she got offended and kept telling us to "smile" and "you shouldn't be like your friend in the car". they are so disrespectful and it's so uncalled for.
also the cook with pink hair did not have a hairnet on and so didn't the other cook.

Most Waffle Houses are about the same. This one is dirtier than most. The service was slower than most. The food was a little better than most. So I average out the pluses and minuses and give three stars.
