Groupons for the B12s are the way to go! This vitamin bar always feels clean and the team seems to be thorough and really know what they are doing.

Each time I've been there there are always others coming in for IV treatments and they seem very comfortable. I would definitely visit for any of my other needs.

Watch out cause Vitalounge will steal your money! I have been going here since they opened. During the pandemic I decided to buy a package of 8 Spa IVs since you would get a discount on them. Even with the discount it was over a thousand dollars. I also have shots I purchase on my account as well.

Yesterday afternoon I walked into the office to make appointments for my husband and I. The girl at the desk was very nice and reviewed both of our accounts and told me what we have available. We walked in this morning for our appointments and was told by Vanessa working the desk that what we had on our accounts had expired.

Never have we ever been told that what we purchase and keep on our accounts would expire. Vanessa made it very clear that there was nothing she could do cause she said she is "just a nurse."

Not only have the stolen our money, but they have no customer service or support!

Beware...purchased multiple services to receive discount. If anything goes wrong during the IV, you will be blamed for "small veins" or being "dehydrated" instead of their inexperience or not paying attention/knowing the equipment & product, being distracted by other customers. Already gave a second chance along with speaking-up. Last visit was miserable and I want a refund for unused service, management would only offer credit. I've been to other IV clinics and not had issues like this. I don't want to go back. Shame on them.

vitaLounge has billef me monthly for six months in order to have a subscription for their IV program. I did not use all my subscriptions within 6 momths. And I'm trying to use them now they refuse to acknowledge i have paid $1800 without allowing me to come in and get an IV transfusion without paying an additional $150 per month since the end of January. There is nothing in the contract that says that I will not be able to use my vouchers that I've paid for. All I wanna do is come into the VitaLounge location, Winter Park and get a transfusion. However, the Better Business Bureau has contacted them and they refuse to respond. This is a terrible business.

Don't go to Vitalounge Winter Park branch. They will sell you the package to get more money and will tell you that your package will never expire. Knowing today that my package had expired without informing me. I still have 2 infusions left fully paid but they insisted that they already expired. They don't honor the package and no word of honor. People here especially the manager Kae is very rude and do not believe in what they offer you especially their package. They will tell you nonsense just to sell their product. Don't trust these people. I will not recommend this place. Go to other places with nicer staff and good service without telling you lies.

Location is hard to find so I tried calling and no one answered. Finally found it and staff was at desk just not answering phone apparently. I waited 5 minutes without being helped so I ran an errand then came back. Then no one was here... now me and another hopeful customer are waiting, almost 10 min at this point...

I just recently relocated to Central Florida and have been looking for Vitamin Infusion for me and for my clients.
As a Coach I always try to look for anything that can maximize our health.
Yesterday I went with my wife and a friend that are both fitness competitors and all of us loved it.
We enrolled in the membership option and look forward to this being a part of our regular fitness regimen.

I don't know what I did to upset the "professional" who administered the shots I requested. But being told that, the site she was going to inject me in was the correct site, is insulting to me as a trained professional who has experience in lifesaving medical practices.

I have a witness who saw this "professional" inject the vitamins right into my kidney on the left side.

It's been two weeks, I'm still livid, don't even want to go back to this place because this "professional" might be there and if they will have that type of person working for them.

Then I'll have to find other places that know what they are doing.

The place is clean and in secluded location, everyone except this particular person have been courteous and friendly.

This professional seemed to have gotten overwhelmed by the place being packed. So my friend and I decided to opt for shots instead of iv drip as a courtesy to this place. I guess that is what I get for being an accommodating customer.

Please take my review into consideration before going here. You most likely will not get the same experience I had gotten. I seriously wish I was making this up but I am not. I am also not looking for free shots nor do I need anything from this establishment anymore after this incident.

Reason? Rotating medical professionals is going to bring a few bad apples or untrained professionals coming from a different field of medicine. How do I know? I've talked to every single professional there I've encountered. Each time it is usually a different person. So the risk of getting poor service or mixup in vitamins is greater.

Reason I bring that up is due to a mishap at the Winter Garden location where they gave the Iv bag that was strong and for me to my mother and she turned flush red. My iv bag was weak and I didn't get much out of it.

So despite these professionals being accredited/licensed. They are still human and there will be errors.

You are free to do what you want and it's a great thing to do but be aware that there are consistent mishaps going on.

I called seeing if they could squeeze me in and Matthew did just that. He was working by himself, but handled everything in VitaLounge so calmly. He was able to make me feel at ease (I have anxiety and don't live needles), he was educational on each of the IVs and consistently check up on everyone. This experience has made me consider getting their monthly membership. I feel great after my IV therapy and truly had a pleasant time there. Thank you!!!
