For a friend's bachelorette event, I booked a wine tour with Vino 301 Wine Concierge, and I'm so glad I did! What a great company!

Booking was super easy and once that was done, I received regular emails from Vino 301 and texts until the day of the tour.

We were picked up this past Saturday (4/20) at the appointed location and time. We boarded a very well appointed van with about 4 rows of seats that accommodated us all. I felt very safe on the rides to and from the wineries.

Our host and driver were super friendly and treated us like royalty. Prior to arriving at each venue, we were provided some background and things we should know in advance. She more or less herded us from place to place, which was actually quite comforting.

I felt very well taken care of AND seen as I was the only one on the tour not drinking, but I was provided water and other beverages over the course of the day.

Oh, and the lunch we received was AMAZING. So much food! I had the roast beef BLT, which came with a bag of chips, pasta salad, and a dessert.

Definitely recommend!

This tour does not disappoint! My gal pal booked Vino 301 for my bachelorette party for a group of six ladies. I had by far, the BEST time ever!

-Carla our tour guide was amazing! She and our driver, Patrick, were on time, and very friendly when I first met them. Carla was very knowledgeable. She knew the history of the wines, taste, pairings, and the owners of each winery.
-Carla and Patrick made us all feel like family
-Each winery we visited didn't feel rushed and we were allotted plenty of time for tastings, enjoying the ambiance (live music), and purchases.
-Each guest was gifted a wine holder bag, bottle of water, wine tumbler, and snacks. All the essentials!!
-Got to tour three different wineries in the Chesapeake Beach area (Robin Hill, Romano, JaneMark)
-All of us were wiped from the tours, tastings, and fun we had. We would definitely do another tour!

You start off the trip by meeting at a designated lot and their shuttle picks up your group. The driver, G was awesome as well! Carla had goodie bags for us with snacks, waters, and a tumbler.

We went to two different wineries and spent a few hours at each. Carla handled everything, which is really what made this service worth It. She ensured we received the best service possible at each winery, and was very in tune with the needs of our group. Very fair pricing and the most bang for your buck. Will definitely be booking with this service again!

Leslie was wonderful to work with! I had a client book a 7 course tasting with me and requested a Sommelier. She was great with communicating with the client and did a wonderful job!

Not only is the company woman owned it's also black owned. If you're looking for a wine tour this is the one. We literally just showed up and they took care of everything I literally can't say enough how much my group enjoyed our tour with Carla. She not only was knowledgeable about wine but also made us feel like we were with family. Everything from the driver, the vehicle, lunch, and Carla were impeccable.

We met at our designated pickup location and upon entering got little bags with snacks, water and a tumbler. We filled out forms for contact tracing and were on our way. 2 wineries later and we already can't wait to go again! Carla thank you for an amazing girls day out see you again soon.

Nice wine selection, but could use more options for food. Nice atmosphere for meet ups.

Honestly, this experience became disappointing towards the end. But let me start from the beginning...

A friend booked this tour for a birthday celebration. Some of us selected the wine only option while others selected wine, beer, and spirit option. Apparently if you choose the latter, you don't participate in the wine tasting part at the second venue... only the beer. Crazy right? Anyway.

It started late. Our host, Candace, arrived 10 minutes late. We spoke with her around 10:50am and she said she was 4 minutes away, which we knew was a lie because our driver Yonas already told us she called him and she would be here around 11:10am. Fortunately enough for us, one friend was running behind due to car troubles and would be arriving 15 minutes late. Candace seemed personal and kind. She looked super unprepared and like she just rolled out of bed (hope that's not offensive but it's just how I felt). We didn't even get the gift bag and wine glass I kept reading about in reviews (we later asked and she said she forgot).

The first location was wonderful. They poured a good amount of wine. I didn't fall in love with any of the flavors that were showcased but some tasted a lot better than others.

The second location (Linganore) was bigger and had tastier flavors. I came close to purchasing the blueberry flavored wine but I wasn't in love with it. I will note that we received significantly less amount of wine than the other location. I'm sure it was company policy so it didn't bother me too much but many of my friends were disappointed by this. Something else that was disappointing was Candace's attitude. It switched towards the end of the tour and she was much less personable. Turns out, she was on a time crunch and we were running behind. We were supposed to be at the drop off location at 4pm but I honestly thought it was 4:30p. And even still, how is it fair that it gets cut because we started late because you were late (even if our friend wasn't late, we would still start late because Candace was 10 min late). So that put a damper on our experience.

I will praise Linganore for providing a spot for me to breast pump in! That establishment itself is probably deserving of 4 stars :). But Vino 301 wine tours? Somewhere between a 2.5 and 3. We didn't learn anything from our host about the wineries or area or anything for that matter. Idk what she got paid for except playing music and "handling" logistics.

Such an amazing experiences. On August 30 a couple of friends and I celebrated my birthday by booking Vino 301. The three wineries that we visited was Boordy, Dejon and Harford. Before booking we did some extensive research and heard rave reviews about the business. Ms Leslie was at our meeting location promptly with our goodie bags. She asked our preference in music and we were on our way. By far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ms Leslie was so attentive and knowledgeable of each winery. The best part was she also served as an amazing photographer for my friends and I. We enjoyed our experience so much that we booked again. Would definitely recommend

My goodness what a wonderful event. Myself and 11 of my best girls attended a virtual wine tasting hosted by leslie. It was fun and informative light and enjoyable. The ladies had a blast and what a departure from this pandemic hanging over our heads. We had two wines and a sparkling wine in our tasting. It was lovely. Each person had their own snacks we dressed up we had a zoom meeting at that allowed us to engage with one another. I highly highly recommend being a Vino 301 and Leslie in particular

Can't say enough good things about our wine tour! Leslie our tour guide was amazing and Kevin our driver was a gem as well. We had the best girls day! Highly recommend and can't wait to do it again next year!
