Great selection, fair prices and not low quality outlet stuff. I am a huge Vineyard Vines fan and this store is massive from both a retail and outlet footprint.

If you can't find a size you are looking for they will order it from another store and ship it to your house for free.

The staff is very helpful even when the store is a zoo and that is very much appreciated.

Lately the sales are not as close as they once were. Not pleased about this and I sometimes walkout empty handed where in the past that was never the case.

Went there this past weekend and was helped by the nicest staff members. They helped me find my sizing, made great suggestions, and the sales girl who rang my purchase up gave me tips on when to shop the best sales - talk about never paying full price again! Yay! Cute classics that have cheery patterns and colors. I'm obsessed with VV!!!!

Store does not take returns only a store credit even if it is just 15 minutes after being purchased. Shady sales practice of mixing in more expensive items with marked down items buy 2 get 1 free. I thought this was an upscale retail establishment but clearly I was wrong.

I will never buy another thing from Vineyard vines AGAIN
we went into the Wrentham outlet store and bought a shirt that was "on sale" for $47.00 and it clearly states that they honor a MILITARY DISCOUNT but when we showed the cashier the ID she said she couldn't honor it because the item was already on sale. NOWHERE in that store or on their WEBSITE does it say that they will NOT HONOR both if an item is already on SALE!
I had also shopped at other stores in the outlets that day (NIKE) etc.... and they honored both sale and military ID!!!!! the way it should be. No wonder why they do way better business!!!!!
VINEYARD VINES should be ashamed of themselves! I hope anyone that has served or with Family members that have served or are serving will think twice about shopping at a store like this. complete DISRESPECT!!!!

Stood in line for 10min before the rude saleswoman looked up from the register and told me to go to the other line to be helped. The women at the registers were not only rude but incompetent. Very disappointing as I have been in there many times before and never had this problem.
