Villa Rustica Pizzeria

My better half and I ate at Villa rustica again recently. Our experience was as expected as usual the food was outstanding. The service was very good and the overall experience satisfying. The dish I had was fillet off, so DiMartino. If my memory serves me correct. The soul was egg, battered, as in franchise including the lemon sauce and it was covered with olives, tomatoes, capers, and peppers. It was absolutely delicious. I certainly would recommend the dish for those who liked it here too Lenten obligations. My better half had the stuff so with crab meat, shrimp, etc., she always tells me how wonderful it is and there is always enough for her to makeit last more evening. The only thing I would improve at this wonderful establishment is the lighting. It's very bright and the furniture could probably use an upgrade. But who cares about that when the food is always off the charts? Delicious. Highly recommended.

Great little "Pizza and..." place. I love the Cauliflower Napoli Pizza (actually have cravings for it!). Very friendly service and atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. The owner is always at the open fancy pizza oven section. I've tried a-lot of their dishes and it's always great quality. Salads are fresh, soups are really tasty and hearty, pastas are nicely done. The other day we had the shrimp and broccoli rabe special. Really well done! A-lot of regulars here. They also do excellent take-out and delivery!

Recently re-discovered this restaurant and so glad I came back on a whim. Definitely was renovated at some point with a now modern look.

Classic Italian American cuisine with generous portion. Food came out very hot, I couldn't even eat right away. The mussels were drowning in a delicious red sauce. We dipped the warm, toasted bread in the sauce rather than using butter - no shame!

Has the BEST cauliflower pizza crust. Tastes just like regular! Try it with a garden salad and you won't be upset.

We order from here all the time. The food is always consistently great. The pizzas are the best in the area. The baked clams are so tasty. Anything we have ordered from here has been so good. The service is always spectacular. I can always count on this place.

Great service, always fresh. Honey chicken panini is my go to. Great salads as well.
Highly recommend.

We did take out last night for the first time. How disappointing. The baked ziti looked liked warmed up leftovers. There was about a tablespoon of ricotta cheese in the whole dish and minimal mozzarella on top. We asked for some bread and the server said this doesn't come with bread and then threw a bag of two tiny slices of dried bread into the bag.
Definitely not a repeat if for the attitude alone.

Best pizza in Port Chester. An outrageously delicious grandma pie. Would caution that they get super busy on the weekends. So if you want dinner at a reasonable hour, you have to order well in advance.
