DO not work for viewcrest. Cheryl the DON is outright mean. She will harass you, scream at you, accuse you of false things and will fire you for no reason. I told her the union will be following up with her and she hung up mid conversation with me. How immature and awful for a DON, not a good reputation. She's got fired from lots of past facilities due to the same reasons and not fulfilling the role. She thinks one person per 19 residents on each unit is safe and ok and says we are fully staffed, which is so unsafe when we were not fully staffed. She will work you into the ground with no breaks until you get sick or end up in the hospital/doctors. I got fired because I have open wounds on my feet per my doctors request I stay off my feet for a couple days. She said that's not an excuse and fired me. How awful, she does not care about her employees. Do NOT work here. I added beginning photos of my feet and how bad they were and she wouldn't allow me to put my feet up. I was crying due to how much pain I was in. And they do not listen nor care about the residents as they should. I worked doubles everyday to make sure the residents were okay. Lots of complaints from families about this place, I've got stories on stories about this place from families.
