This was the worst European trip. Van the tour guide was the worst. Definitely not worth the 4k we spent on this trip.

Hello! I'm not sure why there are so many negativity comments because I had an amazing experience! I went on their European tour and it was so beautiful. Before going on the trip I actually had great service. They were patient with me even though I had asked many questions. On the tour I experienced so many unexpected sites. I especially loved the part when we went to Paris and Venice. The tour guide Tiffany was exceptionally kind and catered to our every need. She treated all of us as family and all of us including the bus driver and the rest of the crew laughed along with us. I'm sure to book another tour again! :)

Wow, worst customer service every. Parents saw their advertisement on TV. They had me pay over the phone with our credit card and my email. The lady said they would send out email confirmation with the itinerary the next day but it's been lagging. Now 3 days later, I had to contact them again and they said their system is down and will send it out later today. Well most of the business day is almost over and still nothing.. via email or txt. They are quick to take you money since they pull the money that Saturday (~$7k). Vietnamese traveller beware. Just because they promote on Vietnamese TV, there are other better travel agent to go to. Apparently they don't have much information beside a crappy website.
