The store was very clean and well stocked. The employees were very nice to my daughter and i. It was her first time and they made her feel comfortable during her fitting and then asked her several questions to determine what kind of bra she needed and helped her pick them out. I really appreciate them taking the time to talk to her and help her since she just wasn't talking to me about what she wanted.

The online ordering process is horrible. You place an order, make your payment, are sent an email confirming purchase with tracking link just to receive another email the next day or so requesting to contact the customer service dept due to a problem completing your order. This have occurred more then once. The issue has been that the merchandise ordered was out of stock and had to be removed. I've canceled a few order due to this and 5 months later am being charged for items I did not receive due to error on company's part. I received an email requesting to contact customer service, I spoke to rep Melissa Reynolds who has poor customer service. I experienced her to be rude, condescending, and she needs to learn how to compose herself rather then raise her voice and talk over clients. Not helpful at all and even considering closing my account due to the horrible treatment. Never ordering online again !!!!

My younger sister recently purchased a bra and it turned out not to fit her so we decided to go see if we can exchange it when we went in there was a man working and was explaining how we wouldn't be able to do that and how we would have to pay more for a different bra he then proceeded to ask me and my sister if we understood we said no. This man then proceeded to laugh in our faces I felt completely disrespected and so did my sister so we decided to leave as we were leaving he continued to laugh at us i felt as tho that was completely unprofessional!

The shopping experience was better then the long wait to pay.
Much confusion at the register, what was on special.
Floor guidance was scarce.
Nice products. Poor customer experience
Not crowded.

I'm not entirely sure about the shopping experience here but there is a mad cute y'all skinny guy with a beard...spoiler alert! It's me.
