So I don't want to describe my underwear adventures in too much detail. Some things are best left to the imagination! I am a lady after all. Anyway, the store is well organized and clean. I wish I could remember the person who was helping me. She was amazing, great at her job, super helpful and not too pushy which is great when you're talking to a stranger about your undergarments.

Victoriasecret.com... I bought my wife some things for Christmas and opted out of communications at check out. Weekly, daily & hourly spam & advertisement emails from Victoria's Secret regardless of how many times I've unsubscribed. My advice is to avoid shopping online and to NEVER give them any personal information in the stores to save yourself from these immoral business practices.

There's always a long line at this store. I'm not sure why they don't put more people on the registers. There's PLeNTY of floor salespeople but no one to check you out, the sales people can be pushy so stand your ground and say no you are fine and do not want to purchase a $60 bra.

Wouldn't let my daughter use their restroom as I shopped. Lied and said they didn't have a public restroom. We've used the restroom before. Won't be doing any

The manager/supervisor of this store is anything but nice . Very bad experience at this location . They are also almost always out of merchandise when I visit this store I never find what I want in the size I'm looking for . There's no excuse to be ignorant in a manager position . I will never shop at VS exton location again . I love the brand but not this particular stores employees or manager ..

I love Victoria Secret. I spend lots of money here. I usually like going to the Springfield Mall location because it's less crowded but I have been going to the Exton Mall more recently because it's closer and I hate The King of Prussia Mall. I do love The store. It has great items and they are displayed well. I do hate that many things I pick up you don't have my size. I think you need to buy a little more product of each item. You can do that. I know you can. I recently went there and spent lots of money as usual with my obsession for matching bras and panties. When I needed help I went to Lindsey who was very friendly and more then helpful. She was not pushy and annoying. She was pleasant and helpful. That is what the employees should be. I see that you have something going on at the store that you must push employees to sell sell sell to the customers for an incentive. I now this because every time I go here you have one employee who is annoying. She makes me want to leave. She won't leave me or the other customers alone. Another time I let her help me find something and before you know it she kept throwing things at me that she thought I would like. Some thing were not even my size. I had to keep putting stuff back and was trying to nicely tell her I had what I needed and you can stop now. She was pushy and she doesn't actually even listen. She was bouncing on other shoppers to pushing them to buy buy buy. This time I came in and she bee lined for me and I told her no I don't need help. I shop here and I am fine. She checked on me to many times and when I was shopping se would come up next to me and browse through the items right next to me. I would walk away from her. I don't like that kind of behavior. She stalks the younger girls coming in to shop because I think she knows they will more likely buy because of her pushiness. I wish I could remember her name. She has dark hair and a different type of name. She worked on Sunday around 1pm. She seemed not thrilled that I kept blocking her from "helping" me . I went and tried on two different bras of the same color to see what one I wanted and when I came out she was apologizing to a customer that she had to wait for me to get out of the dressing room and was hustling me out of the way. What the hell is that? I didn't even talk about the snarky looks because I didn't want her help. Even after I said no multiple times she still came up to me asking if I wanted to get sized. Again, I told her how I have been shopping here forever and I know my size. I told her this multiple times. I'm not coming to this location anymore. She has done this more then once. It's to extreme and you guys(your company) has created a monster in pushing them to sell or whatever your doing. Not all your employees are like this. They check on you and see if you need help but they don't chase you out of the store. I will continue to go to Springfield where I can shop and get help when I need it and they listen to want you like and need.
