Awesome service.

My rear passenger window got destroyed by a rock on the freeway. I called their phone number and left a voicemail stating my problem. Within an hour I got a call back from the manager, John, who said that he will fit me in the very next day. He also provided me with the out the door price right away. Also, I requested the guy named Noe, I read about in the reviews on the Yelp. John fulfilled my request.


Even though the manager said Noe will come between 4 and 5 PM, he actually ended up coming a little bit after 3 PM. She spent almost an hour and a half taking care of my window, and when he was done I was really really happy. Noe did an exceptional job providing an outstanding service in extremely timely manner. He even explained to me how my regulator works because it's quite different than all the other cars.

These guys are to go to if you need any windows or windshield fixed or replaced!!!

**Ask for Noe, he's great. He works on all cars, from buckets to Maseratis.

My car was broken into and John got me the quarter glass replacement for $48 cheaper than the auto glass store near me - very responsive, came quickly.

I paid before the service was done because I had to step out. When I came back there was a ton of glass on the floor (seen in picture, I cleaned it up because it was in my neighbor's spot), broken prongs from the old glass I also cleaned up, and glass in my trunk that hadn't been touched at all. He did come back vacuum the trunk relatively quickly, but I learned my lesson about paying before a service is finished that I wish I hadn't had to! If you don't want to be cleaning broken glass up by hand, wait to pay until your replacement is finished.

Busted passenger front window. Called Volt at 8am on a Friday and Carlos was at my house by 11:30am. Fixed and fully functional window by 12:45. Really good work and Carlos was really nice to work with. They communicated great and gave me a great price! Having Volt come back tomorrow to fix my husband's cracked windshield. Very happy customer!

Called around several places and found that Volt was the lowest price. They came right in the middle of the time window and spent two hours replacing my '99 Suburban windshield. Job took a little longer because it was hard to remove due to the glass being original and therefore the sealant was hard to remove in several areas. These guys are super personable, professional, hardworking, and took care with their work. I always do my due diligence when shopping for goods and services - price and quality go together. I highly recommend Volt - they delivered on both.

Car was broken into last night John responded at 730am and came by noon and replaced fixed and cleaned all broken glass and the window came tinted too to match all back windows thank you !!

Worst experience ever. I called to make an appointment for my wife to have her windshield replaced. They told me a tech would come to my house from 1 to 4pm. I took off work to wait for the tech. At 3:33pm I got a text from the tech saying he couldn't make it. I was not happy but we rescheduled to the following morning between 8am and 11am. I told them how important it was not to flake again since I had to adjust my schedule. Fast forward to 9am the next morning. I'm waiting at home for the tech and I get a call that they can probably come around 11am? Are you serious? Is this how you run a business? I would gladly pay 2x the price for someone that is reliable. Never again.

Prompt reply to my inquiry for a windshield replacement. Excellent communication throughout. John dispatched Salazar directly to my house, and the job was completed in less than an hour. Great price, and they take credit cards! This was a 5-star plus experience. Highest recommendation.

I called Velocity Auto Class to help repair a small rock chip on my windshield. After all, its probably best to patch it up so it does not get worse. They are a complete mobile service - although they are listed in Danville, you don't go to them. They come to you!

I had an appointment for Saturday morning between 10am to 12pm, but the tech did not show up until 12:45pm or so. I did get a heads up from
the dispatcher, but it was around noon. The technician did a great job on the repair, including polishing up the windshield. Took under 30 minutes.

Pricing was reasonable and comparable to what a dealer might charge, but the actual service is faster (5 stars) however -1 star for the scheduling delay. I thought I might be lucky and get the early 10am slot since I live close to the business' address and my job would have been quick and easy. Nope! 4 stars overall.

I can't believe how easy my experience was at Volt. Getting a window broken is so stressful and Volt was so awesome. My window was broken at 9:30pm and it was fixed by 10:30am. I reached out to Volt at 7:45am, before they were even open, and John texted me back. John was at my job within a couple of hours and my window is perfect. I'm still shocked at how fast, easy, and awesome the service was. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
