Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Manager was extremely nice and took very good care of my car! I always take my car here and it's always great service!

I've been coming here for a few years and while I could do my own oil changes and tire rotations and what not, I keep coming back here because the customer service is always fantastic, prices are reasonable, and it's always very quick. Sometimes time is more important than money, but in this situation I save time and money. The manager, Fendencio, is very helpful and makes sure you're getting the right service at the right price. I am very particular about where I get my car worked on, and Valvoline has never let me down.

No one asked me if I wanted my receipt. They just didn't say anything and waved me off and I asked where my receipt was and they said emailed. I didn't want it emailed, it was actually very important it NOT be emailed and be a physical receipt. I also asked for full synthetic, immediately which after they asked "max life?" Which I said yes to because I couldn't hear the woman and she was going so fast. Max Life isn't full synthetic that's the blend... why would you do that after I just said full synthetic and then charge me more than what the max life cost is online. And then give me no receipt to prove this.... I don't have access to the email that you didn't ask me about sending the receipt to....

Overall just weird, low communication effort and feel like I got ripped off and have no documentation of the service because they didn't ask how I needed my receipt.

As expected, I went in for an oil change and was upsold on a bunch of stuff, including a service that my car didn't even need. And like a dope, I said yes! When it came time to pay, the manager came over to explain that the tech who checked me in made a mistake and explained why my front wheel drive didn't need a real wheel drive service! He was really respectful and we joked about how good they are at sales! So, make sure you know what maintenance your car requires before you show up. All that said, the team moved a pretty long line of customers thru swiftly and operated like a military operation. It was really captivating to see how well everyone together. These days, when most service outfits are understaffed and underpaid, it was thoroughly impressive to see such a cheerful, "well-oiled" operation in action. Especially late on a Saturday afternoon!!

I always go here to get my car inspections and oil changed and I'm never disappointed. Al thought it's a little pricy now, the quality is top notch. I will still definitely be coming back.

I enjoy the convenience of these guys! They do an oil changes in less than 15 minutes.

Went by today to have my tires checked. Fidencio Garcia was the kind gentleman who put air in all 4 tires and made sure I was good to go. The whole experience was very pleasant and quick - will definitely return for any car needs.

The service crew are so professional and nice. I came for an oil change and knew at some point I needed a transmission service. Got it all done very quickly. The service was great and they showed me everything they were doing.
