United States Post Office

Absolutely awful customer service. An employee there named Vick is super rude to women and extremely condescending. His supervisor is aware and doesn't address the issue. He lectures people on random things and is super slow at his job.

I believe this is the only Post Office location in Frisco which is one reason for the extremely long lines.

The staff is nice and attentive but prepare to wait a while. There are usually only two or three tellers working.

I also recommend bring your own supplies to close your boxes because priority supplies are they only things available. You can also purchase if needed such as boxes and tape.

Horrible service, even for a post office. Never been so disappointed in lack of service and behavior. Not sure if everyone in the building was having a bad day, but their energy was negative.

Avoid at all costs. Please go anywhere else. They told me my drivers license was expired even tho it wasn't and then he asked the supervisor and the supervisor said yeah it's not expired so then he came up with another excuse to not allow me to change my address for forwarding my mail. They made my wife cry.

Rude Rude Rude!!! This was my first time going to this post office and will certainly be the last.
Before leaving, I said "I see why you guys only have 2 stars". The man working said "yep, 2 stars all day".
He knows he's rude and doesn't care.

Want to call ahead to save time?!? Don't bother because they never answer the phones.

HEY EVERYONE: If Eddie or the rest of the gang at the Stonebrook post offices are rude, lose your mail etc, etc, you can file a formal hotline complaint at the OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL.

Worst post office I have been to, I need to find somewhere else. Rude and unhelpful. Internet down, so only cash taken. Fine, but I gave them a $20 for my charges of $7.09. I was told to come back later because they didn't have the change to make...really?! How are you going to do cash only but can't make change?

Wish I could give them 0 stars . Rude customer service . Constantly having to call and contact them to get in touch as our mail stated delivered in mail box but never is . They never deliver packages the days they are scanned and show as delivered.

They never have any idea where mail is once it says delivered. The worst post office I have ever dealt with . Avoid this place and go somewhere else. Do not have one good thing to say about this location .

As usual from this post office, it thrives off of being rude and inconsiderate. I had to go to the "sub -station" in Frisco off of COIT to pick up a package that the letter carrier had left a slip that said signatures required. I did not hear or see him but as I went out to get the mail, the mailman SAW me and continued on. this package was my medication that I needed that day. I almost ended up in an argument with the post office as I needed that medication TODAY. this post office is in sad shape and not managed well at all. why does everyone who is employed in Frisco offices look like they hate their job and miserable? the package pick up location is the absolute worst.
