United Nails

I absolutely loved my nails that were done by Bobby! He is the best and pays super close attention to every detail! He is super kind and I will definitely will be back!

I got a full set and they were rushed. They didn't push back the cuticles at all and they look cheap. Took way too much length off and overall not a great product. I showed a reference photo and they got no where close, disappointing.

I went in for a gel pedicure today. While the nail tech was removing the old gel polish with an electric file they filed through actual nail bed (not the cuticle, the actual nail bed....). My nail bed was in a lot of pain and started bleeding. I understand accidents happen so I asked that nail tech to not touch that toe and just do the pedicure on the other nails. They ended up putting nail glue directly in the open wound of my nail bed and continuing the pedicure. My nail is still in pain hours after my appointment and I am now worried about possible infection as the gel polish was put right on top of the drilled off nail.

The actually gel application was good, but I can't get over having my nail bed drilled off....

The girls that work there are sweet! Their work is great but everything has to be scheduled through the owner & The owner, she's definitely a piece of work! She's rude & theres bern a few times when I'm at the light or even parking & she's calling to see where I'm at, the last time I went the lady that helped me asked where have I been? I told her that the owner answered & said they were too busy, the lady just stayed quiet; mind you I called like a Tuesday:Wednesday & she said they were too busy, she did not care to fit me in. I'm definitely not going where I'm not wanted!
Customer service is a must! The owner & husband are not accommodating whatsoever!

Disappointed & not satisfied with how my nail turned out. It can be better. The nail polish was almost out so there's barely any coat and it's dry. It got a little busy so they were also rushed..

I was treated very rudely by United Nails. I was given the phone number by my former technician, who moved out of the area along with the recommended new technician and her contact info.

I first called the salon but at 11am on a Thursday morning, no answer. I then called the technician to book an appointment.

I walk in and was curtly greeted with "May I help you"? I explained that I have an appointment with the technician that I made directly with her.

This was their rude response...

"You must make an appointment by calling the shop, and motioned to the door as if to usher me out. I didnt even get an opportunity to explain.

Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back.
Customer service is certainly out the window at this salon!

Cute shop, very good prices, and Tina gave me the best mani/pedi I've had in a long time! So I had her wax my eyebrows too and she did a great job! I'm only in Palm Springs a couple times per year but I'll be back to United Nails when I'm here!

Love My Nails!! Kim was amazing, professional, and quick! They came out perfect. And her husband is always so attentive of the clients. Great experience and phenomenal service

Very nice they were able to fit me in to get a mani and pedicure before I went to work. Always very nice and accommodating. The staff always does a great job and they are very clean as well.
