I went there traded my vehicle in for what I thought was an awesome buy .I have bought vehicles there with minimal issues which they fixed for me,til this time I drive the vehicle I bought 2014 Ford and 10 miles later the tranny went,so we checked around and found another one as they let me return it, we found a 2010 Volkswagen which we bought it had a sign which read service soon so we brought it to a Volkswagen dealer which turned out needing $5200 worth of repairs which is basically what I paid for the vehicle
If I wanted a $11,000 vehicle I would of bought one I even asked if they were willing to go half on the repairs or if not return the car
I relise its as is but when they sell you a lemon or know theres issues with the vehicles at least state it

So i had no choice but to keep it and get help to pay for the repairs so now do to me getting it fixed -$5400 later its almost like new

Like i said i was a repeat customer but not any more
And trust me i plan o. Discouraging anyone i know not to go there

Met with Gene last fall to have a shifter adjustment on my VW trike, said he was very busy and to call him in Feburary 2024. I called him in Feburary spoke with his secretary and wanted to talk with him regarding the shifter adjustment. He got on the phone, was irritated that I bothered him said he would call me back the next day when he had his appointment book. Never called back. I waited a week, called just to try and get a appointment, spoke with his secretary again and she would have him call me. Never called back. Don't waste your time with this guy for VW work, try Chris Radbill in West Chester, great guys and considerate of their customers!

Choose another place!! Openly stated they don't fix the cars before they sell them. So what ever issue they came in with you end with. Towed to the mechanic 3 weeks in!

Not acceptable

If I could give this business a negative star, I would. Wasted my time going there as all they did was mock me for wearing a mask (neither one of them were wearing a mask) when I asked to look at one of their piece of crap beaters. They didn't move from their spots of leaning on cars until they absolutely had to an even then it was like pulling teeth. I walked away at that point and cut my losses.
Why would you mock someone for trying to stay safe and healthy.

Awful. Sold me a Jeep and the check engine light went on 5 minutes after driving off the lot. They don't check their vehicles before selling. Offered to take it back but would only allow 75% of what I paid and only in trade in. Do not buy from this place.

These dealers have absolutely no integrity or regard to their customers' well being. I live quite a ways from the dealership so I called the morning I was going to check out a car, which they assured me was still in their possession. When I got there, not only had the car been sold two days prior, but they tried to sell me a different car. Now this other car seemed okay until I took it out for a spin. The guys told me it was the safest car with absolutely nothing wrong with it. Tell me why it sounded like the car sounded like it was cursed to scream for all of eternity. Never have I related to a car than during that experience. DO NOT waste your time with them.

Ima have to go to this dealership soon. I hope it can be a well put business, if anything, trades? Hoping this business is good at business, and will be visiting within three weeks, till then I'll have a better review for this location.

I had recently purchased a 2003 Audi A4 from these low life individuals. I talked to "Mark" on the phone and had asked if there were any mechanical or cosmetic issues on the vehicle. He had assured me it was a good driving car, and had no check engine light or troubles with the car. When i got there I took the car for a test drive and the car SEEMED to drive well. I purchased the car and brought it to the gas station only to find it wont accept gas in the tank (takes 30 minutes to fill up) and when I had gotten home I noticed a piece of electric tape on the dash. I peeled it off AND IT WAS COVERING A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! I will be filing a lawsuit against these fine folks for false advertising. Do not go to this dealership!!!
