We came here on a Monday morning to open a joint savings account. We were greeted and asked to wait in the lobby. The branch seemed to be short staffed, there was only one guy available to open an account and he was busy for about 30/45 minutes. The other employees apologized about the wait which was nice, and when we finally got in, the guy that helped us was super friendly and fairly quick. The service here was good but slow and the place was pretty empty the whole time we were there.
Definitely arrive early in case you have to wait if opening or closing accounts. The teller windows had a smooth flow from what I could see though. US Bank has put themselves in Compliance and Regulational risk due to their negligence. Now US Bank is putting themselves at Reputational and Financial risk for not settling this issue appropriately that they have caused due to their negligence. I will continue to share my story until US Bank resolves this issue. The CFPB and OCC will conduct a review and fine of US Banks illegal conduct. US Bank has had this issue previously and this will result in another huge fine. I am just so shocked you are handling this error like this. Please call me to settle this out of court and to end this embarrassing error US Bank has caused. I will see you in arbitration! " In 2023 The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) ordered U.S. Bank to pay nearly $21 million in Fines for illegally keeping out-of-work consumers from accessing unemployment benefits at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. U.S. Bank froze tens of thousands of accounts. However, it failed to provide people a reliable and quick way to regain access. The bank also failed to provide provisional account credits, while investigating potentially unauthorized transfers. Today's order requires U.S. Bank to pay $5.7 million to consumers harmed by its actions and to pay a $15 million penalty. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) separately fined U.S. Bank $15 million. The CFPB and OCC coordinated during their investigations into U.S. Bank's illegal conduct." Thank you

Terrible business banking. I made a deposit which was held for two weeks. Called the branch on day 3 , rep said the manager would call me , they never called . Made a total of 4 calls to no avail for a $1,700 check!!!! Second time they did this in less than a year. Bank is not good for professionals.

I visited this location early morning to cash a $3,000 check. The banker, Antoinette Rollins, told me I had to go to another location bc their bank did not have that type of cash. Lol. I'm sorry but I was mind blown. I asked for management and she said no one was in that could help me. I'm still in disbelief It's a bank and they don't have 3k at 10a. Insane. They should just shut down at this point

Prime time during lunch hour. One teller counting someone's pennies and the woman at her desk stares at me and the rest of the line but refuses to get up and assist us! Why are there only two people here during the lunch hour rush when people usually run to the bank?! I believe her name is Antoinette.

$2 charge if I want a copy of my checks deposited. It's free at the ATM but apparently there's a fee for rude customer service. Greedy fees. Take your hard earned money to a credit union instead.

Manager couldn't tell me herself that the fee was correct, had to have Ed tell me. If it wasn't FOR Ed, I'd never set foot in this uncomfortable, awkward environment. He's the only one who treats me like a real human being. I was here early afternoon one day last week and there were about seven of us in line with only one teller and the woman at the front of the line was on her phone and after five minutes of no movement whatsoever I left. This is inexcusable.

The WORST banking experience I have had in my life. Unfortunately, I have a pre-paid card account with this bank. They took 30 minutes just to process my information. The staff is completely inept. I don't even write bad reviews for banks, but I would never bank here unless forced to. This location in particular was awful. Be warned.
