Tubular Skylight

They were really professional and pleasant and "Jeff". ( oooh I hope that's his name, and I'm sorry if not). Who installed our 3 tubes was friendly, efficient and you could REALLY tell he knew what he was doing. We had 2 large tubes put in main area and one I. The master bedroom. Our home has very little in the way of natural light. These tubes REALLY HELPED. I was not loving the pattern on the lens and decided to call to see if I could switch out to a different pattern. Salesman was very accommodating. I swung by to swap out the lenses. I like these much much better. THANK YOU! I highly recommend this business. they were knowledgeable helpful, flexible and had a positive customer service attitude. ... Sooo important. . Ps. I do not typically write reviews, but my experience with these solar tubes and the company has been outstanding. It all began when I grew tired of my dark kitchen and living room. We were remodeling the kitchen and decided to add a skylight to get some much-needed lighting. I did tons of research and quickly realized a solar tube made more sense than a sky light. I researched many solar tube companies which was a bit overwhelming. I ended up choosing tubular-skylight solely due to price. The kitchen remodel took most of my funds so had to take a risk and assumed I would getting a lower quality product due to the more affordable price point of this company's tubes. I was very pleased to be wrong! The tubes light up my house like a flood light. I live in the NC mountains and my home is shadowed by large oak trees. Even on a cloudy day these tubes are brighter than the LED cans in the ceiling. Very impressed by their performance.

To top it off, this company has stellar customer service. Sierra was very helpful in explaining the differences between their tubes and provided guidance on what sizes would work best for my space. She followed up once I got the tubes delivered to see if we had any installation questions. Unfortunately, my contractor was a fraud and slapped the tubes together without reading the instructions. I had some issues and contacted Sierra and she again saved the day. After sending her images of the problem, she replied with comprehensive info on how to resolve the problem. They even sent me some materials to ensure a proper fix.

Nice people, very helpful, very professional. They installed a tubular skylight that brightened up my kitchen area in our North Port home really nicely and they made the process very simple. What you spend on one of these lights will easily pay itself back in energy savings and home improvement equity value. I highly recommend this company. Just do it!
