This place is worth the money. My favorite boots that I bought 12 years ago are still in amazing condition but my zippers broke. They've been sitting in my closet for about 2 years and my friends recommended taking them here.
I figured it would take a few days and I really wasn't in a hurry but he surprised me by saying come back today at 3pm and they will be ready. I came back a little earlier than what he told me and they were DONE!!
Super unexpected to have same day repair but he did an amazing job and my boots are going to last even longer thanks to his quality work.
And ladies.... If you broke your favorite purse... he fixes those too!!! So I will say I can't wait to come back and share some purse repairs!!!

This place is one of the only shoe cobblers left that I know of. The owner has been there for many years and is very fair pricing and does an excellent job on either your shoes, your purse, belts, horse belts Etc. I took my sequined black person to have the sequins that were loose fixed. He said it would only take him 10 minutes and it did and he did an excellent job and the price was more than fair. I'm going to take my purse back next time. When I think of she repair I only think of shoes. But this guy does it all. He's really a good guy. Highly recommended

I brought in a pair of Chloe leather boots to store today for shine and polish before I put it away for the season. The guy damaged the white stitching on shoe by turning them grey-ish, then said the stitching on my shoes were originally grey, and that my shoes were probably 10 years old, and that they are fake leather and fake designer shoes. The guy then threatened to see me in court.

I bought this pair of calfskin leather boots for $797 while they were on sale this January. The price on Chloe official website is $1725. I wore them for less than two months while I was traveling in Paris between March and April. I sent them for shine and polish in great condition, got them back with dirty grey looking stitching, and was defamed by the business owner.

Unfortunately for this man, I go to Cornell law school and I very much look forward to seeing this business in court.

Great service and very quick. He repaired a pair of sandals I bought and the strap broke after one wear. Highly recommend for any shoe repairs.

So my boots needed desperate help. I thought they were beyond repair but in just under 2 hrs. these boots were ready for another rodeo. Thank you!!

Came in for emergency heal replacements after a DIY gone wrong, leaving the metal studs of the worn out heel tips stuck in the heels. Since the DIY-er was too nervous to drill it out himself, I made him take it to a professional. We ended up stopping by around 2:50 PM on a Friday and were told that he was closing shop in 10 minutes but he'd be able to swap out the heels in 5 minutes if we could wait. Unfortunately he broke his bit in the process so we had to come back Monday anyways after he got a new bit. Pickup went without incident and the replacement heels were better quality than what DIY-er was going to install at home so win-win.

Pros: quick, easy, affordable, no nonsense shoe repair by someone who really knows his shoes

Cons: cash only, store hours are a bit unpredictable (they aren't officially posted anywhere and the owner sometimes leaves early for the day) and calling ahead to check if they're open doesn't work either as no ones manning the phone and there's no answering machine

This place is great! I dropped off 2 pairs of boots for a resole, one pair was ready the same day and the other pair was ready by 11 the next day! Only because he had to get a sole for the other pair. I was extra impressed because he put a vibram flat sole onto my Irish setters which normally have a heel. Excellent job on the stitching and the oiling of the boots. Highly recommend for work boots!

Went to this place today to get a strap added to my moms shoe so that she can wear them with her brace.. owner says 50.00 unless you want to buy new shoes (these are brand new shoes) .. I tell him no thank you I will take them to Eugene since I have family there and already go there that they can do it for 25.00 .. this jerk comes back with ya Eugene isn't as upscale as we are lol.. then he refers me to the shoe repair in Tigard which has horrible reviews .. funny that he thinks he is upscale I will not recommend this place or ever go back there again

This is the best place to get re-soled in the valley. It was a good experience with price and service. My boots were cleaned and presented back to me with genuine. All for a very reasonable price. Thumbs up
