Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control

These guys are awesome. So professional and kind! They go above and beyond. Thorn works so hard and is so thoughtful and thorough. Dustin is determined to find the answer and has great communication. Happy to have them every time! Keep up the great work!!!!

Our technician did an excellent job! He was polite, professional & friendly. We had a yellow jacket nest that we had unsuccessfully tried to exterminate multiple times ourselves. Once Truly Nolen helped us, the problem was solved. Other than a few confused stragglers, the bees were gone right away. He was very thorough and took the time and steps necessary to make sure the job was done right. We are very pleased & appreciative!

We were very concerned out when our tenant told us he thought he had bed bugs. Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He had completed a treatment to get the situation under control before any other pest company would even have been able to come out to inspect. He explained everything about the treatment plan to us very clearly and made us feel much better about the situation.

Rick felt like a great ally during a very stressful time. His confidence, ability to describe how his treatment works, and his high level of customer service was a huge help. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, even if I asked a million of them. He was great at communicating...easy to get in touch with and always available to speak.

Rick really went above and beyond to help us. When he arrived for his follow up inspection and treatment, it turned out our tenant hadn't properly prepped the house so he was unable to do the full treatment. Rick offered to come back when the house could be treated properly at no extra cost to us because he said the treatment wouldn't work right since the house wasn't prepped. I don't think you'd find too many people who would be willing to do that since he lost all that time coming out. I thought it was a really honorable thing to do and we really appreciated it. He is just extremely fair and honest. You can tell he really cares about his job and about helping his customers.

Rick's pricing was also very fair overall. In addition to giving us very good pricing on the bed bug treatment, he was also able to treat a small ant problem and gave us a very good price on that since he was already at the house.

To sum it up, with Rick at Truly Nolan you get top notch service, good pricing, very professional service, helpful communication, and generally a really nice guy. I know I said it before, but you can tell he cares about his work and the people he works with and really wants to help people.

Can't say enough about employee Thorn. He was pleasant and thorough. He found and secured the elusive entry the culprit used to enter our home. It is peaceful once again.
