I have been going to Natasha for 8 years. She is amazing at everything she does! Lashes, braids, sewins, bleaching, coloring, cuts... she's passionate about healthy hair and her clients. I have followed her around from salon to house back to salon. She even cuts boys hair! She makes you feel comfortable, builds a relationship with you and is hilarious. The rest of they stylist are friendly and seem to be beasting as well. Your entire family can get blessed here! I have never been unsatisfied with my services from Natasha!

I will never go to Trends again. I was charged $150 for a relaxer retouch, black rinse & trim (took less than 5 mins). My hair was styled with a roller set. I have been going to black salons for over 30 years. I never in my life paid this much for a relaxer! I have had a touch up, rinse & short, tapered haircu many times at other salons and didn't pay this much. Tyra was nice, but the cost was EXCESSIVE for the services performed. My edges in the front are still kinky because she didn't smooth the relaxer in properly. And the roller set looks "home-done". I would have paid $100 or even $110 without complain, but $150 was just ridiculous!

Messages nail tech privately asking what I needs to book, sent pics of my nails and what I wanted. I booked and also paid a $20 deposit. Got there early, she was 15 mins late. Then I was told I didn't book a soak off so she didn't have time to do my nails today. I'm getting married in 2 days that's why I booked it at this time. I explained that I sent her pics of what I had and what I wanted. She claimed she "didn't know" and couldn't do them. When I asked if I get my deposit back she said no. So I had to rush and find someone else. I am a hairstylist and I tip very well. She lost out on a good loyal customer!

Tracy did a great job cutting my hair today. Everyone at the salon was friendly and the environment was nice and unpretentious, like some salons can be. I'll definitely be back!
