I worked across from this cafe for many years and frequented it for coffee and lunch. Not much has changed over the years and it continues to serve people who work in the area.
Coffee here is quite ok and they have a good menu for lunch and breakfast. Food in general is quite ok and sometimes they really surprise you ;-)
I will more than likely come here again. It's a convenient place for a coffee or food when in the area.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Mike I.Sydney, Australia74079Jul 25, 2018
The food is meh. Not bad. But dealing with the counter staff, after my 6th or 7th visit, is just consistently unpleasant.
I understand being terse, when it's busy. But when it's slow, and you're busy snacking away behind the counter, having a chat with your workmates. That's another story isn't it.
I made the mistake of asking three questions when ordering my last coffee here.
One: Do you have almond milk? Which didn't get me a verbal response but rather a look of confusion.
So then I asked question two. Hmmm, it sounds like you don't have almond milk. Do you have lactose free milk? Which got me a sharp no and look of increased frustration.
My final question. Do you guys have gift cards or can I pre-pay for some coffees...earned me a straight forward no, with an eye gaze towards the card reader. Got it, point taken.
Afterwards, I thought, probably a good thing about the gift card. Because I just had my last visit to the cafe. And so did every single person I can mention this too in the surrounding area. Hopefully.
Anyway. You're welcome to experience the same customer service low that I just did. Simply visit Trebbiano's lovely counter staff.

Tucked away down a crescent in a spacious business-park area, Trebbiano serves the lunchtime crowd from nearby office buildings.
Sandwiches ($8 or $9), soups, or more substantial meals (~$15) keep the businesses running through the afternoon. My sandwich here was tastier than I expected: this isn't soggy, pre-made food.
There are several dozen inside air-conditioned tables and several outdoor shaded ones.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Roo R.Castle Hill, Australia2213Oct 6, 2013First to Review
