I dropped off an anklet for a simple repair and was promised that it would be completed by the following week. I never received any updates until calling the store when it was supposed to be complete. The customer service was subpar, and I was advised that it would be another week before I would receive it back. This would have been understandable if I wasn't going out of town and promised that it would be completed within a week. I would recommend using another jeweler if you would like anything in a timely manner.
