Not only did they replace the battery but they cleaned it, polished it, tested the seal.
I picked it up. It was nurtured by professional jewelers.

Today, I left many pieces that needed attention including a large pendant from Arica that the Africans used a bone from the carcus on a elephant after poachers had killed this magnificent creature.
A handmade piece, maube pendant that I didn't want to ruin the luster.
Along with with my priceless diamond ring and lots of my treasures.
OMG, they are amazing. They must have spent cleaning polishing, checking for loose stones.
I had my card out to pay $0$.
they spent hours fixing, polishing, & making sure all the jewelry was in good condition.
I also want to add if a inexpensive repair comes in they will treat it like precious piece of jewelry.
If I could give them a 10 I would.
Plus, their jewelry is to die for!!

Usually just go in for guitar strings. Everyone seems nice. I've never really been in the back room of the shop so I can't speak about that.
