Honestly the absolute best part about this dental office is if you are cavity free... you get a voucher for food or smoothies and things :) now that's my kind of incentive! The staff here are super friendly and were fairly efficient as well - as you can tell by the photo my wife and I came in for a visit at the same time.

No real complaints about the place. Went in, got the cleaning done (which was well overdue) and back to the regular activities of the day! Was great this place is open Saturday as well :)

I'm very skeptical of dentists, but was pleasantly impressed with Dr. Eric here! He is so gentle and considerate. I get lock jaw quite easily and he was able to fix a filling of mine quickly and effectively even though I couldn't open my mouth very wide or for very long.

The front staff was sweet and kind and made the experience less intimidating and scary. I'm a grown woman and yes, I still get nervous to go to the dentist, so it was such a treat to have a calming experience like this one for once!

Traverse Mountain family dental is the best. The girls up front are kind, efficient and helpful. The hygienists are very gentle, thorough, and fun to talk to. And the doctors are very knowledgeable, professional and skilled at what they do. The assistants are awesome and quick. They have the latest dental technology and I love that office is clean and comfortable. Great incentives for no cavities and referring p I will never go anywhere else!

I went to Traverse Mountain Family Dental for the first time yesterday. My friend recommended them. I normally am a little anxious about going to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised and put at ease with how friendly and warm all the staff treated me. They did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. The office is incredibly clean and has a welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place!

This office is so great! The staff is super friendly and nice, Dr. Stapley is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. My son was super excited when he got a j dawgs coupon for being cavity free! That was a great incentive. I was diagnosed by another dentist saying I had 7 cavities, but I really only had 3. Dr. Stapley does not over diagnose just to get paid. He is extremely honest and caring. The office is very clean and nice too! I would highly recommend them, we won't go anywhere else!

The doctor is very nice and friendly but the staff is not. They quoted me a price for a procedure and I payed them, then three months later I get Three calls in a day from them saying I owe them more money. When I asked why they said my insurance changed plans, which wasn't true. I wouldn't have minded paying it if I was called, and explained that they made a mistake. Instead of harassing me for a bill I didn't even know existed.

These guys are the best of the best. My last ortho recalled messed up my teeth and Traverse was able to fix everything in no time and give me a normal smile again. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my teeth. The receptionist Keslie is amazing (and nice on the eyes too!).

First time visit for a cracked tooth. Very helpful and professional staff, couldn't be happier with Dr Sant! Very impressed all around and fastest dental appointment I've ever had.

I had a really great experience and loved Dr. Mathews. I was very nervous and Dr. Mathews kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. He seemed very nice and genuine. I plan on going back.
