Towne & Country Eyecare Associates

I was very impressed with the professionalism that we experienced at this company. My husband has not had new glasses in years and when he went for his eye exam, they fitted him for new contacts and helped him pick out glasses, since I could not be there with him. The sales person Rita went above and beyond in helping him by sending me pictures of the frames that he was in so I could help decide on the final choices. Now that is customer service to it's best! You have earned my entire families business. I will definitely tell people about this company and the service we obtained.

I had to get a new pair of glasses and Towne and country eyecare associates were highly recommended by family and friends. I now know why because they are amazing. I have had eye issues since I was in fifth grade so that means countless visits to eye doctors. This by far was the most extensive and best experience I have had.

Dr. Mary Vadas and Dr. Megan Hart are excellent doctors. My young son is a patient of dr vadas and I of dr hart. The time and explanation given to my young son who was extremely nervous for his first eye exam was amazing. My son walked away excited his glasses were ordered and looked forward to picking them up.

Dr Hart is just as amazing. I can be a challenge making the choice between option one and two but she was very patient with me. When explaining the options with glasses and with my contacts I definitely know she listened to me and helped me find the best choices.

I would highly recommend this practice. It's off a main highway so it's easy to get to and worth the drive if you don't live locally.

I love Town & Country Eyecare. I always have the best experience! Dr. Hart is absolutely wonderful - personable and knowledgeable, and Katie was delightful - even with my fussy infant during my visual field test. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking.

Not long ago, I was forced to find a new eye doctor and optometrist for reasons beyond my control. luckily, we stumbled across Dr Vadas & Dr Hart at Towne & Country Eyecare. Appointments are easy to schedule. front office staff is polite and helpful!

Their workflow procedures are different than other practices. you're first called in for the technical portion, then called in when the doctor is ready to see you and perform the eye exam. then off to the optometrist for glasses if you so choose. unfortunately, frames and glasses are 2-3 times what I was paying before...not sure why that is.

They use a 3rd party billing company, which hasn't billed my insurance correctly yet after each visit. Therefore, you need to pay close attention to their billing. As a result, I always ask for an itemized statement when I provide my copay / other charges for the glasses (with CPT codes). this information comes in handy to resolve their billing company errors.

In spite of the billing issues, I highly recommend them as they provide excellent personalized service.

I have been going to Towne & Country for years. We have seen both Dr. Vadas and Dr. Hart. I wouldn't trust my vision with any other doctors but them. From the front desk staff, technicians, opticians, even the office manager. They are all truly amazing people and I cannot recommend them enough!

Not worth wasting your time. When there is an issue the blame the patient not the associates. If everything is ok and you swallow whatever attitude you are given then it is ok.

The doctors are great but their availability of appointments is terrible. Also plan on spending a lengthy amount of time at the office while they juggle you around from person to person. More continuity of care would be appreciated. You'll sit in the waiting room a long time too.
