My girlfriend went here and not only did she have to wait 45 minutes after her scheduled appointment to see someone (to fit in more girls), but the pedicure she had was given to her on a bench with her feet soaked in a bucket. It wasn't a bad experience, but definitely not worth it. Not what you would expect at all, in the negative sense that is.

Don't waste your time on this salon -- not even with a coupon! My first gel manicure and I was surprised and asked "wouldn't you do a manicure/cuticle trim before the polish?" I was told it was done last. Last? Sure enough one week later and my gel nail was peeling at the cuticles. I recommend the girls in that salon go get some classes in all their spare time instead of hanging around the spa without customers. I went somewhere else and am in week 3 with beautiful gel nails!

Received a gel manicure that was not bad, however, when I returned to have it removed they filed off the tops of my nails with the gel and left me in pain just to pick things up. I can't even put my hands in warm water without pain. Highly recommend skipping this place. Awful.

We originally were introduced to this salon via a living social voucher. We schedule an appointment with the salon to have our services done at the same time (my husband and I both had a voucher) with Katrina and Emily. Because we had difficulty finding the location and construction in the area we were about 10 minutes late. We walked in and both Katrina and Emily were sitting at their nail tables with no customers in the salon. We were then advised we were late and they could not see us. They had no other customers waiting in the salon and we explained what happened and they still refused to see us. So we rescheduled with them to go in on Sat Sept 8 at 12:45pm. We arrived at 12:40pm and Emily was again, sitting waiting at her nail table and Katrina we were told stepped out for a few minutes. I noticed the clock on the wall that said 12:50pm and said that clock is wrong giggling reassuring myself and Emily that we were not late!
Emily with a very serious look on her face and abrupt tone then stated "yes, but my cell phone clock is not and it is 12:43 and your appointment was at 12:30pm. I argued with her stating it was for 12:45pm. She insisted it was set for 12:30pm and again stated that they could not take us. The salon was empty, no customers again. She said I could wait and talk to Katrina and see what could be done. I told her my business to this kind of business that is not flexible, does not show any customer service and twice we drove all the way to be refused. No thanks. Thankfully Living Social gave us a refund on our vouchers. This is one business that will never get our business.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angie O.Denver, CO155347Jun 1, 2013
This place doesn't even have a touch of class! My sister and I purchased Groupons for their "glitter toes gel service" for ourselves and our Mom for her Bday present in March, expecting to treat her to a pedicure with gel polish. I call to make an appointment and they claim they are booked out for over a month and only have two chairs, so one of us would have to wait for the others to be done. We end up scheduling an appointment for the 1st of June. My sister drives down from Fort Collins and I drive down from Denver for this appointment we had been planning for. I end up seeing in the small print that the glitter toes gel service does not include a pedicure, so call the salon hoping we can switch it to a basic pedicure rather than the gel service. The lady on the phone is rude and will not even let us use the value of the groupon towards a pedicure. We showed up for our appointment and 3 women bombarded us as we entered the door saying they couldn't offer us any services than the specific ones on the Groupon unless we paid extra. Awful customer service and the place was empty (I thought they were booked on Saturdays?) and not inviting. We didn't even see any pedicure chairs?? We left without getting any services done and will be contacting Groupon for a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!
