DO NOT HIRE!!!!
This man charged me $3700 for a new mobile home roof. The first time they came they were at my home for 20 minutes and never came back then I got my bill. After arguing, it was realized by Tim that his guys in fact didn't do the job. He then did it himself - (we found out from a leaky roof. A few weeks went by and it leaked again. So again he came back to fix it. Fast forward 18 months I have 2 separate leaks. He came back and "fixed" it. A few weeks later I had water pouring from three spots. I had to fight to get him to come back. Upon returning Tim informed me he was redoing a lot of jobs because the product he used wasn't for roofing, it was simply a paint to reflect the sun. My wife's designer bags were saturated, walls and floors. He sent an unlicensed drywall guy to come fix everything. The guy found mold in our master, because he said it out loud and my 3 year old daughters therapist heard, we are now without a therapist we have had 5 days a week for over a year. To top it off the bags that were saturated in mold water are still in a bag in my home. Tim took one and had he leather wiped off. It wasn't sanitized or anything. Now he isn't returning my calls. I will now have to take more Tim out of my life to make sure he doesn't screw us over any more

Repairs were fine but it took weeks of unreturned phone calls and emails to get them out. They apparently have an out of state client and they give them priority over their local customers

I have used Tim's services for the last 14 years. His dad, big Tim, and little Tim (but actually bigger than big Tim) have been great at doing roof repairs and full on re-roofs for myself and other people that I have referred Tim to. He did my re-roof on my rental property a couple of years back, and he was far less expensive than competing companies. I highly recommend Tim and his crew for re-roofs and roof repairs. I hope to continue working with them.

We have used TMH roofing for years. They are reliable, honest and stand by their work. You can depend on them. If they fix a problem it stays fixed. They are great value for the money you spend. Nothing is more destructive than water.

Tim, Mike and crew are easy to work with. We had a few leaks around the house and contacted few roofing companies. TMH was referred to me by our plumber. Contacted Tim and he was fast to reply and was able to comedown next day to take a look. He beats all other contractors as others will take a week or so to do check our roof. Tim came by and inspected the roof, and taken pictures and explain where the leaks coming from. he gave me 2 option, quick cheap way, or slightly expensive but the proper way. I received the proposal for the proper fix and it is slightly expensive but reasonable. i had another roofer look and quoted me, with almost the same work (TMH job scope are more) and it was 3x more expensive! TMH for sure are honest, professional, on time and completed it with much to our satisfaction! Our previous roofer has retired, im glad we found our new roofer! Highly recommended! just have some patience in scheduling as at times they can be busy, but they will communicate timely.

Update: 5 years later - TMH Roofing continues to be wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly, and professional!

After a previous positive experience with TMH Roofing, I called them back for a leak in a 50-year-old flat rock roof. (The composite shingle roof and fascia trim TMH installed nearly 5 years ago has been perfect!)

Mike arrived during the 1-hour window provided. He then quickly diagnosed, answered my questions, allayed my cost stress, had needed supplies on hand to make an on-the-spot repair, finished in 20 minutes, and had a refreshingly positive attitude. TMH Roofing is the best!

TMH replaced my roof about 6 years ago. I highly recommend them. They repaired damage, removed the old roof and did a beautiful job on the new install. They even threw some shingles on the shed so it would match the house! Very professional and nice people. Left my property very clean when finished. Highly recommended. In fact, I jumped on Yelp to share their info with my BFF whose kitchen ceiling is raining.

Very thankful for TMH Coming out and doing an inspection on our roof while we were in escrow.
Tim kept in touch to keep me in the loop and continued to provide service above and beyond what I could've hoped for during the middle of a pandemic. 8 other roofers didn't even both to call me back. He squeezed me in to keep our escrow on track.

I've heard good things about Tim so I gave him a call. I explained I have a few rentals and the roofs are all about 10 years old

He recommended an inspection to see what shape they were in. He said roofs should be inspected every few years to avoid major issues

Tim arrived on time and inspected all four roofs. He even took photos of the broken tiles, tiles that had slid and other issues.

One look at the photos and I knew I needed to do some repairs

He texted to inform me he was in route and what his ETA was. He arrived on time. Did what he said he would do and was professional the entire time. Got everything taken. No up sells, no surprises. His written estimate was the final price. I have already recommended Tim to one of my neighbors and a friend in Temecula. Thanks for a great job Tim Herman

Had a few leaks in my 25 year old roof. Gave Tim a call to schedule the repair He arrived on time. Did the repair at 1/2 the price of the local guy. Roof repaired just in time for the next rain.

We found out we had some cracked tiles. We had a small but tricky leak as the other 8 roofers couldn't find it but could find there nerve to charge us.

WE HEARD RAVE REVIEWS ABOUT TIM AND HIS CREW. They found the leak the first time within 20 minutes. Only charged us for an hour. And came back the next day with matching tiles and replaced our cracked ones. Best roofer around.
