Really good studio and teacher and liked the pace.
We were going for an event of Pint& Poses and made the mistake of going to this studio instead but really enjoyed it. We also got the class for free because the advertisement was not clear. Very understanding staff and not judging of ones practice at all.

I started coming here a few weeks ago for prenatal yoga with Sarah. It has exceeded my expectations greatly and after I have my baby I will definitely come back here for more yoga. Sarah leads her class with calm compassion, is very in tune with the needs of her students and is helpful modifying positions and pace for each person. She has done restorative yoga as well as part of several of the classes which is the best I have felt basically all pregnancy.
I cannot recommend enough!

I started coming here a few weeks ago and am brand new to yoga. I was really nervous coming in, not knowing what to expect. However once I walked in the door, my nerves were calmed. Marcia was very welcoming and and a great teacher! I have also since taken classes with Colleen who is also an absolutely wonderful person and teacher. They both do a great job of balancing a class with new students and experienced yogis to ensure everyone has a great practice. They have a new student special - 40 days of unlimited practice for $40. They also have other class packages that are all reasonably priced (cheapest in the area from what I've seen). I will definitely continue taking classes here!!

Awesome studio with Fantastic instructors! Very warm and welcoming! I'm a beginner yogi and Love this studio! Patti Rocks!!
