UPS lost 1 of 3 beds weighing each 100 lbs that I sent through this UPS store on Indian Trace. I called the store at least 5 times and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. When I went to the store the owner Florian told me I had not nothing to worry because my shipping was insured. It turned out not to be true. I went through a long and tediuous process to file a claim with UPS and only got $100 back. Never using UPS again and especially this poorly managed store where everyone is always laughing and joking and not taking their job seriously.

This small store is super busy, catering to many residents in Weston, especially those who live in Bonaventure, Savanna, The Ridges, and other popular communities. They are fully bilingual and fully staffed, which is so hard to come by these days. Even when the lines are long, they get everyone serviced in good time with a great attitude. The staff is not only efficient and effective but friendly and very helpful.

I am grateful to have this store so close to my home. I am usually in and out. If there's a long line, I'll have coffee at nearby Starbucks and return to find myself walking in and out. The employees and owner are

The younger girls at the counter were more interested in watching another girl ring up, as opposed to helping me while I waited with with my box right there. It is disappointing. I finally was waited on, but I felt the waits are usually completely unnecessary.

So rare to see a business go above and beyond their duty and this store does it every single time. We have also used them for shipping services but it's always really been quick drop offs. Everyone at the store is super pleasant and professional. Refreshing to be able to count on them as an extension of our business. Fast, reliable,impecable, superior and affordable is how I would describe their operation.

My family has had a box here for several years and they are the best UPS store around. The owner is very nice and the staff is great. Also, they are next to an ice cream store So you can stop there afterwards for a treat

Terrible service!! No respect for clients waiting outside. There were 3 employees inside and none of them took the time to go outside to advise us customers of the long wait. I waited for an hour to finally enter and there were just 3 customers ahead of me.

Hello, I’m sorry for the long wait outside. Our customer lobby provides less than 200 square feet of space and thus we only allow one customer in at a time following CDC guidelines regarding social distancing guidelines. Sometimes lines get cleared in a few minutes when there are back to back short transactions such as single item drop offs and sometimes lines get backed up if transactions in the store are lengthy (such as notarizations or international shipments). We really do not have a way to judge the length of upcoming transactions to be able to post reliable “length of wait time” data for customers waiting in line. In response to our community’s needs we currently handling about 70% of our pre-covid store visit numbers with less than 50% of our pre-covid personnel in place and with a 30% reduction of hours open to the public (50 hours per week now versus 70 hours per week pre-covid). I am very thankful for our reduced staff that has been working long shifts to address essential needs of our community. I have some good news to report. Tomorrow May 1st, 2020 we are adding and additional hour of service everyday weekday raising our open hours from 50 to 55 hours per week and we hope this will alleviate the lines outside the store. This expansion of hours is a direct results of efforts to recall past employees back to duty.

The service at this store is one of a kind. Everyone is very kind, courteous and very very professional. I can't recall the amount of times that I've been to this store needing to use the tape gun to send my shipments and with no hesitation, the owner Florian Napp, will kindly let me use it at no charge.
PLUS - Is possibly the only store in Broward County that is open on Sunday from 12pm - 4pm.
