The staff here are all pretty nice, however; i would not recommend this location if you are expecting any USPS mail. this private mailbox costs over 3 times what it costs at the "Post-Office with terrible service. i have had tracked mailings showing delivered on Friday but here it is on Wednesday and no mail from this site. all i get from their staff is lip service. they claim it is stuck in the real Post Office on base. this is totally unacceptable. the staff member working said she only gets her info from her supervisor and doesn't know how to get the mail.
One of the services they provide is to notify the receipt of packages via text. apparently this notification can only send the notice to one phone as my wife receives them but i do not but they are very good at notifying when a package comes in from UPS, Amazon or whoever.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Martin S.North Las Vegas, NV031Jan 8, 2022
They said they tried to deliver my package but no one was home, I was home all day and didn't hear or get an attempt to even deliver the package, I also have a ring doorbell and it didn't catch anyone trying to deliver I package. This is absurd, why would someone lie about trying to deliver a package. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this ups, they are lazy and uncoordinated.

Terribly ran company. Owner has no idea what's going on and takes her anger out on employees. Witnessed first hand. Boxes aren't cared for and constantly lost. If UPS corporate saw how this store is ran, there would be major changes.

This place has gone from excellent to "hell in a hand basket". Generally, it has been my experience that military UPS Stores give quality service, which I did get from this facility upon giving them my business several years ago. However, within the last 12 months the owner of the store seems to care less about the substandard operation at the store and the AAFES services manager seems to be clueless of problems there. The staff now seems to be changing like you change clothes, because they are not competent, knowledgeable, and borderline helpful over the phone. It is like pulling teeth to just get them to forward your mail. The store is understaffed and the single worker (normally with minimum experience) gets overwhelmed very fast especially during the lunch period and has to ask the phone customer to call back later so they can service the in-store customers. They should be calling me back because I'm the one inconvenienced.
Other than the AAFES Services manager there is no means to contact the actual owner of the facility to express ones displeasure. Therefore, the whole world will now know about the poor service through yelp. I will be cancelling my service here ASAP and I don't recommend any authorized active, retired, reserve etc give this facility their business if you can absolutely help it. The facility is very convent for the military personnel, but the service is just not worth the hassle to do business with them. We customers pay the salary of the staff and generate the profit the owner get as a result of our patronage, is it too much to ask for decent customer service. Owner--you need to tighten up your store, improve the service or get off the premises so a more attentive store owner can manage this facility the way it should be managed. There was a sign "back in 10 minutes" and I waited for over FIFTY minutes sitting outside but the guy never came back. Incredibly rude, do not put a sign up for ten minutes and let busy military members wait thinking you are coming back right away if you arent.

Fast and friendly service! The address can be a little hard to find if your not familiar with the base. They are on the air force base, inside the bx. It was much easier than going to the post office!
