Decent enough UPS Store location. I had a box. I had a shipping label on my email. Somehow they thought $1.60 was a fair price to pay to print said label. Not sure I agree but what's done is done and the parcel is on it's way. It might have been nice to have disclosed the charge in advance.
Highpoint of the visit was seeing the FedEx guy come in. It felt kinda like I was witnessing the real-life version of that Pepsi (maybe it was Coke) commercial with the delivery driver who cheats on his brand.

Heather S.Kansas City, MO109234Apr 6, 2021This downtown location is very easy to get to. The parking spaces are at an angle, so, depending on which way you approach, could be a challenge to park. On a positive note, I have always found an open spot. Every worker I have encountered at this store is very helpful and very knowledgeable. That is a feat in instead considering how many things these folks are required to know. I am sure this store can get very busy, however I seem to pick the right time to go in and I've always breezed right through. I have frequented several UPS stores in several different cities, but this one is the best I've experienced. Thanks UPS store!

If you don't bank in town, good luck finding anyone to help you out. After getting the runaround by Flat Branch Home Loans in Columbia, I called The UPS Store. It was 2:15pm and they said they normally do it 8-1.
