The Shaggy Dog

I scheduled an appointment for Anna & Woody on Wednesday and I dropped them off this morning on my way to work. This is an Awesome Place and was so surprised that I didn't find them on Yelp, should be at the top of the list in this area, I visited several that were and wasn't impressed. The Shaggy Dog owner called me the day before my appointment to make sure I brought their necessary papers for making sure that they are legal. The owner Willene Allen is a master groomer and she did an amazing job on my little ones was very professional and though, so glad I came across the Shaggy Dog and they have been in business since 1988, I will definitely come back here when I'm back in the Greenville area. Instead of putting your name on list might better check this groomer out!!! She is Awesome!!!

My dog is never nervous to go to the Shaggy Dog and is always happy when I pick him up. They really love animals and take pride in their job. So happy to have such a great groomer!

They do such a good job here!! Cannoli's gotten fully groomed here once in December and he came back today for a bath. We go here and another place, depending on my work schedule and their availability. I called early this AM, and the were able to put him in. They do an amazing job and Noli loves it. Thank you.

Willene takes special care of all the "babies" she grooms. Nine years ago I began taking my two toy poodles for her to groom. One was very difficult and screamed....my dog's personality. Willene stayed calm and loving and did a great job! When one of my dogs became 16, Willene gave her special massages for aged dogs. When my two babies passed, everyone at the Shaggy Dog helped me mourn. Now, I have two toy poodle puppies....and today, Willene at the Shaggy Dog handled them, loved them, and groomed them beautifully. Let me add, the Shaggy Dog is very clean and Willene requires full vet documentation to ensure that one animal does not get another ill.

Don't go anywhere else if you want an excellent job from loving people.

I have 2 schnauzers and they get the best cuts here. She knows how to groom them and make there coats show the best. My dogs love coming here.
