I was looking for a food place in the area that I could order from, and this was the first one I came across. The staff here were also very friendly, and they have a great option to have your food made fresh instead of frozen if you are interested in that.

Very friendly gastro pub experience- the food is a mix of modern British and some other "international " stuff. The staff lend a professional but casual air- book upstairs if you want a slightly more formal experience, stay downstairs if you're after more "pub" . Food was good with one or two missed beats - squid with aioli was a perfect starter, whereas the smoked salmon with assorted gels was very bland. Hake made for a great main. Puddings we're good but missing some ingredients.

Delicious pub food we had on our last night in England. It's across the road from Hampton Court Palace. Bottom floor is more pub scene and upstairs is a bit more formal and typically needs reservations. We lucked out on timing and got upstairs. The staff was done if the friendliest we met and food was impeccable. I'd definitely recommend this place as well as return. Total deliciousness!

Excellent meal at this pub across the street from Hampton Court Palace. We all really enjoyed our dishes. I got the roast beef with Yorkshire Pudding, and my companions got the nut loaf- excellent, the bangers and mash - excellent and a pot pie with chicken - excellent. My gravy was a bit too salty, and the beef could have been more tender were my only complaints.

I don't often give full marks, but our visit to the Mute Swan was beyond what I could have hoped for!My guests enjoyed their Sunday roast meal, their requests for additional requirements were met with grace and politeness. They were very happy. Thank you for making our day out have a nice ending!

Can not say enough good things about this gem of a place! Beautiful inside and food matches the decor if not better! Friendly and helpful staff. Food came out fresh, hot and pleasant to look at. Plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs , another bar upstairs as well. Just overall a great dinning experience.
