she is more then beyond organized and well planner I ever seen. She done fabulous job in my daughter wedding. Her staff is well manner and helpful. I didn't have a single thing to worry about wedding day. Wedding day's timeline was very well done, so it went so smoothly.
We have enjoyed every single moment for wedding and Reception and all pre events as well.

We had the privilege of working with Vidhi and her incredible team at Marigold Events for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vidhi's meticulous planning skills were evident as she expertly broke down our 9-month timeline into manageable two-week steps, making the entire process feel organized and stress-free.

One of Vidhi's standout qualities was her ability to connect us with top-notch vendors she had collaborated with before. From photography to catering, DJ to decor, each recommendation turned out to be phenomenal, adding a special touch to our big day.

On the actual wedding day, we had the pleasure of having Shivani from the Marigold team on-site to coordinate all logistics. This allowed my partner and me to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about the finer details. They even ensured that we had a moment to savor a well-prepared meal during the hectic wedding events.

Vidhi is very very organized (I am a huge spreadsheet enthusiast so she is my favorite kind of person). Despite the fact that she was 8 months pregnant during our wedding, she made sure that her team executed everything perfectly. Everything was on time and exactly how I wanted.

Our day of coordinator Dinesh was so wonderful. He made sure to bring us food in between the wedding and reception, the team brought us starbucks in the morning, and they made sure everyone in the family was able to just relax and enjoy the day. I can't recommend them enough.

We planned our wedding for two years with Vidhi and we could not be more happy with our decision! She helped us choose our venue, recommended vendors, coordinated with them, and kept us on track with planning throughout the process. My favorite thing about Vidhi is her organization. Through Zoom meetings with detailed agendas, and using Airtable to hold all the info and timelines, we had very little stress throughout planning. Friends were often shocked at how I was never stressed and didn't seem to be planning a thing. It was really because Vidhi was behind the scenes doing it all. And finally, our wedding weekend was the icing on top of the cake. Vidhi and her team were on top of everything and I was so relaxed and felt pampered the whole time. She also assigned me a bridal attendant from her team available for anything I might need. Vidhi would guide my husband and I into another room at every event for a few minutes to eat, and brought us plates of food to make sure we had a chance to try every dish we wanted to, since the couple often doesn't get a chance to eat all weekend otherwise! Honestly, all of these little touches made the weekend so much better than my wildest dreams. I could not recommend Vidhi and her team enough and I'm so happy with our decision!

It was stressful finding vendors last minute, but the week of the wedding, I had no stress, Vidhi took care of everything!

We hired Vidhi in early 2019 to help plan our March 2020 wedding. From the moment we hired her, Vidhi was very organized and walked us through all the essentials of wedding planning. Within the first two meetings via Skype, we felt very calm and knew that she knows what she is doing really well. She started with getting to know more about us as a couple, our budget, learning about things that are important to us for the wedding and she absolutely delivered on them on wedding day! I was definitely very engaged with her throughout the whole planning process because I wanted to be part of planning but for things that I didn't want to handle at all, I would just let her know and she would take care of it completely. So, as long as you communicate with her what exactly you want and how involved you want to be, she will make it happen and also let you handle things that you want to take care of yourself. Everything was absolutely perfect on wedding day (we had 2 ceremonies) - from decor to managing our vendors to letting us enjoy our big day while still keeping us on schedule.

Our wedding was not an easy wedding to plan...we had a lot of road bumps. Due to COVID-19, we had to postpone our wedding from March 2020 to Aug 2020 and Vidhi was there with us to guide us through the whole process. A month before the wedding in August, we found out that our wedding venue had caught a fire so we had to find another venue last minute. Vidhi helped with replanning everything at the new venue and she worked really well with us to make the best of the situation. I would definitely recommend Vidhi for any kind of event planning. She also helped us plan our Sangeet night and everything went really well thanks to her and her awesome staff. I am looking forward to working with her again to plan another event in the future.

Vidhi can do it all... from a traditional glamorous Indian wedding to a very small minimalist yet chic wedding like ours. From the very beginning she was very detailed very organized. Even when I would email her with questions or concerns her response was always honest and helpful. On the day of our wedding her team was extremely professional and knew exactly what needed to happen and everything just moved smoothly. It was the happiest day of my life and I have The Marigold Company to thank for that.

With only 5 months to plan a wedding, Vidhi scheduled Skype meetings bi-weekly up until the month of the wedding. Each meeting had a designated agenda in which we reviewed completed tasks and the next week's goals. We also received multiple vendor recommendations from her and were very happy with their work. In addition, Vidhi took the time to answer all our families' questions before the day of the wedding and establish a timeline of what would happen when.

On the day of the wedding, Vidhi and her assistants executed the timeline without pulling us (bride and groom) into the logistics. The overall experience was excellent and we would highly recommend Vidhi and her team!

As a bonus, we booked our Photo Booth through TMC. This was a great addition as our families enjoyed the props available and were able to take the photos home as a souvenir. Plus, we received copies of every photo electronically!

This review is long overdue! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vidhi and the team at Marigold for our month of coordination services. Wedding planning in 2020 was a challenge to say the least. Due to the pandemic, we had postponed our initial wedding day to October. On top of that, we were planning a wedding on the east coast while living all the way on the east coast. Vidhi was extremely helpful with brainstorming ideas initially for postponing, and later with coordinating services for our new date. We began virtual weekly meetings one month prior to our new date. Immediately we noticed how detail oriented and organized she was. Every meeting had a clear agenda, easy to use templates for all of our vendors to reference, and a minute by minute timeline of the day she worked tirelessly with us to create. She encouraged our family to participate in our only venue walkthrough so that she would not be an unfamiliar face to them on the wedding day, which they really appreciated. Vidhi handled a lot of the behind the scenes tasks, ensuring our venue had insurances from each vendor, coordinating load in and out times, cross checking to make sure caterer and venue kitchen checklists aligned, and other small details we never even thought of. We had absolutely no hiccups, which is a lot of say for a Punjabi wedding in general, let alone during a pandemic. Vendors were exactly where they needed to be, at their scheduled times and the day flowed smoothly, following all COVID precautions. I had a Marigold team member at my side the entire time, while Vidhi ensured the timeline was unfolding as planned. Vidhi was also a huge cheerleader, sharing our excitement just moments before our first look and when we got a few sneak peek pictures. We can't think Vidhi and her team enough for their impeccable service. Highlights include professionalism across the board, knowledge and adherence to COVID regulations, detail oriented approach in meetings to create a timeline with almost 10 vendors, and an upbeat and friendly demeanor. We would recommend her and her team to any couple in need of coordination services without any reservations.

We took a chance on Vidhi to help plan our wedding despite her being fairly new in the business. We were horribly wrong about our decision. Due to COVID-19 our wedding had to be postponed to a later date but due to the uncertainty we didn't know exactly when. This was explained to all the vendors including the venue who were understanding of the impact on global pandemic and were understanding on returning our deposits. But NOT VIDHI. We explained to her our whole situation and how our family has been effected directly with this pandemic but she was not empathetic at all. She was all about business and not cared about her client and their needs. She didn't care about our request for a refund so we can use the money during this hard economic times. We even told her our plans to reschedule at a later time at which point we would have her but she continued to not care about our situation and refused to refund the deposit. She sighted her contract that the deposit is non-refundable in any circumstances, which was also the case with all our other vendors and the venue but they were human enough to refund our deposit except her.

I do not recommend her or her company to any of my friends of family. Especially someone who THREATENED us with a LAWSUIT if we write a bad review about her. I am sure we are not the first that she has threatened such actions and we won't be last. She made a painful situation even more agonizing. Please avoid her at all cost
