AWFUL ever since new owners took over! OVERPRICED and not the cleanest! Charged me $20 to clean one comforter. YES ONE LIGHT QUEEN COMFORTER. absolutely insane. I will not recommend this place to anyone go somewhere that's cheaper & actually cleans your clothes not leaving a residue on them

ICE WATER ONLY

People who drop off their laundry to be done, be aware that your items are being washed in ICE WATER ONLY. The new owner has totally ruined this laundromat. The nice new machines and the way it looks is deceiving. There is NEVER any hot or even warm water. No matter what day of the week, or time of day, there is nothing but ICE WATER to wash your clothes in. This has been the case since it re-opened with the new owner. And I'm not referring to the pre-wash. The main wash is ICE WATER no matter what temperature you set the machines to. Of course, this isn't posted anywhere, so, unless you feel the water as the main wash is filling up, you wouldn't know you're NOT getting the warm/hot water you are paying for. The dryers are set to be only warm, at best, and for your quarters, you get only 6 minutes of drying time so it's become very expensive to dry there.

I had been going to this laundromat for many years. The previous owner took good care of it and made it a nice place to go and there were always people you knew to talk to. The attendants used to be able to take care of any problems. Everyone I knew there no longer goes there and has moved on to better laundromats. The new owner is only concerned about making profits at the expense of the customer, who pays for warm/hot water and gets only COLD. The dryers are a rip-off at 6 minutes per quarter and no real hot setting. It takes $1.50 to dry a small load. This new owner better wise up He has lost a majority of the old regulars, and the new people aren't happy.

This place is filthy,
machines are dirty outside,
floors dirty and garbage all over them
No working bathrooms
Carts are disgusting with hair wrapped around the wheels

Clean facilities and well-kept. Convenient location. The management seems to have changed recently, and they replaced the machines to new ones and made some processes more efficient!

I went there for the 1st time and the woman folding clothes harassed me when I was using the change machine because she thought I wasn't doing laundry there? I walked in 3 large bags of clothes prior to that...no bueno.

I've been coming here for years. Some of the machines are of questionable cleanliness - the usual - hair, lint, but usually I could find a few reasonably clean ones to do my laundry. For the most part, your average laundry place. I stopped by a day before to check the hours - the sign said until 8 pm. So I planned my day accordingly. As I came to do the laundry around 6p - mind you, the sign is still saying that the business is open until 8pm - the attendant wouldn't let me use the facility. It first started with, "you don't have enough time to get it done". Then it changed to, "the owner said if no customers I can go home". I am sorry, but what kind of customer service is this??!?!
