The Lash Lounge

i'm hooked on getting my lash extensions now. Chelbi is amazing i get compliments all the time. She's my favorite and i won't go to anyone else now. i'm spoiled!

I am new to lash extensions but have loved mine ever since I got them. I have seen Hannah and Micky. They both did an amazing job. My lashes always look full and beautiful now!

The space is very modern and clean. It is thoughtful that they always offer a beverage. They are also very prompt. I have never had to wait past my appointment time which I really appreciate. I also like that they offer blankets because anyone can get cold just laying there. Good mix of music as well. Pricing seems a little high to upgrade to volume but to me it is worth it. They also gave me a couple coupons so it will be a while before I have to pay for the upgrade.

As a redhead, I've never really had dramatic eye lashes. I had seen the Lash Lounge and thought of giving it a try. I did some research and decided to schedule an appointment.

I scheduled with a master level lash tech initially. Later I received a call asking me to come in earlier than we had originally agreed. The day of my appointment I received a call asking me to come in at a later time and was told the more experienced lash tech was out sick and they were scheduling me with someone else. I asked if the person they had rescheduled me with was experienced. They assured me she was very good and would do a great job.

When I arrived I was blown away. The space is gorgeous. I felt so pampered. I was there for 2.5 hours on a Monday my first appointment. They had to tint my lashes before applying the extensions. When I left I was amazed! I had lashes for the first time in my life!

When I arrived home, I noticed several lashes had dropped off and were now resting on my cheek. Over the next two days, the lashes kept falling out. I called and asked what would cause this. I had only worn eye shadow since the day the lashes were applied. They asked me to come in so they could assess the situation and give me a complimentary fill. After thinking about it, I decided that what I had hoped was going to be a low maintenance, semi permanent lash solution was in fact not that. This was taking more time than I had wanted to invest.

One of their lash technicians evaluated the situation and decided that not enough glue had been used for the initial lash application. What they proposed was that I spend another 1.5 hours to get the lashes replaced. What? Another 1.5 hours because they made an error in application? What if they got it wrong the second time too?

This was so not the eye lash solution I was looking for. I requested a refund of the service and of the product I had purchased to maintain the eye lashes. At first I was told it was not their policy to refund services or products and I was reminded that I had signed away my rights to a refund when I completed the initial paperwork.

It took a bit of convincing to get the service refunded. The lashes were falling out because their service was not done properly. I suggested they should do the right thing. They did not want to refund so I said, I'm gonna give you another chance to make this right or I will take to social media and Yelp to let people know you don't deliver the service you promise. After a phone call to the owner, the manager refunded the lash service and the product. In the end, they did the right thing. Sad part is, I'm back to my natural lashes. I'm so disappointed

I would not recommend #Lash Lounge. They promised me something and then didn't deliver.

I tried lash extensions for the first time from another company in Overland Park, and had a terrible experience. I went to Lash Lounge for my eyebrows and for a lash removal and the entire experience was SO nice!! From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the decor is cute and cozy, and they offer a nice variety of drinks to start your visit! Chelby did a great job on my eyebrow thread and tint, and was so gentle w my lash removal. She made me feel so comfortable during both visits, unlike the other lash salon I visited. Safe to say I will continue to come back over and over and can't wait to someday try a lash lift and tint (extensions were personally not my thing). Thanks Lash Lounge!!

For a year now I have been getting my Lash extensions from the lash lounge and all I have to say is WOW! I am a continual client for Kayla but that last few weeks I have been going to Chelbi. Both ladies do a fabulous job and I have had no problems with my natural lashes!!!

The Lash Lounge is the ONLY place I will recommend for eyelash services. The salon and service areas are immaculately clean. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They have created an atmosphere that truly puts you at ease. Most importantly, their lash extensions are flawless. Worth every penny!

The Lash Lounge exceeded my expectations! I have been wanting to try lash extensions for a while and am very glad I chose to come here. My stylist was great and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I've been to The Lash Lounge several times now and it's always a great experience. I've been to Nicole, Hannah, and Shelby and they've all been great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and their lash extensions are on point! I do the volume lashes and they usually last about three weeks. They also have a rewards program so you can earn cash off of a future visit. Highly recommend!
