The Joint Chiropractic

I was very pleased to be able to be seen on a Sunday afternoon, with very little notice. I've been having some tingling in my right arm and thought I had a possible nerve impingement... maybe an adjustment would help it. This was my first adjustment and the experience was very satisfactory. Both Dorothy and Dr. Martin were extremely friendly and welcoming. They both eased my concerns about being adjusted and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire process. Possible room for improvement would be honoring the coupon that yelp prompted me with after checking in with the yelp app. I'm not going to count this against them, as I understand that all establishments honor all coupons. But it would've been nice for it to be used.

I will definitely be back for future adjustments. I plan to come for the next two months, as Dr. Martin explained it would greatly improve my quality of life and overall posture. I will be posting an update after my two months has been completed.

1 came here because I had neck pains and Dr. Martin was amazing. My third visit they let me know he no longer works there. And the following doctor who adjusted me was Dr. Ceja. I walked out with extreme pain in my ribs and am so disappointed in trusting these workers to know how to help me. She didn't look at my profile at all to see what preconditions I came in with or how the previous chiropractors worked on me. She went right into cracking my back and neck. Please do no trust just anyone here to help you with what you need done.... They then tell me to reach out so they can fix this issue. And after calling multiple times I am told they can't do anything. Nor reimburse the money spent here on their "licensed doctors" who obviously are incorrectly adjusting people.

I'm a long time member of the joint chiropractic but I have only use this one in Buford about three times. I've had a different person every time and today I left scratching my head and with questions that they never really answered. For some reason they decided today that I needed to have a full body x-ray to make sure I don't have broken bones. This is because I told her about falling down the stairs a YEAR ago and how I suspect I broke my tailbone. Now there's nothing that you can do for a tail bone so I'm not really sure why she needs a full body scan for that. I was going to see them for my mid back discomfort... Something I've had for a long time. I've been going to this place because they're affordable and they don't require these things normally. However, I do not think I'll be returning to this location. Also, as a general rule the staff have always been very friendly but this Dr. B person came across as rude when I asked her questions. And she refused to adjust me without the x-ray.

I have just completed my first month going to The Joint and I love it. It is super convenient to pop in and get a quick adjustment and I can feel the benefits immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Jeremy Martin, D.C. It is so important to take care of your entire body and adding chiropractic care to my lifestyle along with making better choices when I eat and increasing my movement throughout the day has me headed in the right direction. Thank you!

Dr. Axon is awesome!!!!! I have been to countless chiropractors over my lifetime. I'm picky. I want someone who is large and strong enough. I have had some weak adjustments in the past and some that are too rough. Dr. Axon and the price was the answer to my prayers! They offer a monthly package (4 visits a month) that's the price of one adjustment anywhere else! They also offer one-time adjustments for crazy cheap. No fluff. No x-rays. Just pop in & pop out (pun intended). ;)

Dr. Axon changed my life!! I've had chronic lower back issues for over a year and my doctor just sends me off with prednisone and it gets better for a few weeks and then hurts again. I finally found myself hobbling in to The Joint in Buford. I felt better after the first adjustment and after a few visits I was pain free. I can't express my gratitude enough because it has truly been life changing for me.

The worst place. Did nothing for my pain or back. They seemed like they wanted to just sell me a membership. The chiropractor was very rude. She told me what she was going to do was going to cause me a lot of pain. I took a second to try and process what she was saying. I think I didn't respond to her fast enough so she told me to just get off of the table. That was the end of the session. I was shocked. She did nothing on my lower back. Can't believe I wasted my money here. How can people treat new customers like this?! She had zero customer service skills.

I have been a satisfied customer for several years and highly recommend them to take care of your issues. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes, most of the time I scan in and go back to a station and get ready!

This is the good thing, I travel and have been able to continue my adjustments in other states with the same quality as at home in Atlanta.

All I can say is "This is the best Habit I have ever developed!" I feel one of my best decisions in life was joining this group and visiting them on a regular basis.

No matter which local state I work in I have managed to find "The Joint" and I have received satisfaction, all be it with some varying methods, from skilled professional hands. I can honestly say they keep me straight!!

Best place I have ever got adjusted by, Dr. Martin is an amazing doctor. Really recommend!!!
