Sandwich was delicious . Very quick service, friendly people. Explained different choices and lead to the perfect Sandwich. Place was clean and definitely has some inviting smells

I don't like to cook so any time I can get a honey baked ham for the holiday or truly any day I'm happy.

Not being from the area I wanted to make sure I had a ham for the holiday, being wise I pre ordered but here you're only able to order, not pay online. Also, you're not able to reserve sides which I thought odd.

I waited in a line the wrapped around the building but shockingly it only took me about 20 minute or so to get in and complete the transaction.

I was able to stock up on sides while I waited in line since there was a cooler near the register. When I got to the register, I showed them my reservation, they had my ham and like that I was essentially out the door.

It ended up being more efficient that I imagined which was great. Now I've got a delicious meal for the holiday and I spent no time getting it.

If I could give them a zero star I would.
Went in and ordered a sandwich. Waited 30 minutes.. I was ok with that.
The girl at the counter gave everyone ugly looks.
Got my food went to work and opened it up.
It looked like a absolute mess. Sandwich had not been heated like it was supposed to. Was missing meats.
Called the store for 20 minutes. Finally answered and was hung up two times. The last time I asked for the Mgr name and was told.. we can't tell you and was hung up on again.
Theses people at this location are trash and do not care at all about service or common decently.
Will never ever go back & called the Corp office!

Went here on a Saturday in January (last weekend) . Asked to know the size difference between a cup of soup and a bowl. Was told they only had bowls that day. Ordered a sandwich, they only have two types of cheese, but I can handle that. I next ordered soup "oh we don't have soup today ".... ummmm so when I asked about cup vs bowl did you not have a hint I was about to order soup?! Told them that I would just go some place else. Saw them scrape the ham salad from the sandwich they made back into the container for the next customer.

Rude front people. Quality of food isn't as good as it used to be plus they don't even care if they make your food wrong. They don't want to restock anything in the front or make sure a customer wants a meal or a single item. Horrible service. Would not return.

I love their lunches! The ladies that work there are fantastic! Great customer service

I won a holiday ham meal from a local radio station a few years ago , I enjoyed my meal even the dressing tasted better mine , the staff was very kind to me , I would strongly suggest buying your next ham meal from Honey Baked Ham Cafe
