The Eye Spot

Been coming to this location for years. Very friendly people and clean and professionally run business. Got myself an eye exam, picked out the frames i liked, and a few days later picked up a new pair of reading glasses and could not be any happier. Another satisfied customer.

This place is awesome! I just purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses here, but the customer service is great. So friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended.

I have been coming to Eye Spot for over 5 years. I appreciate their expertise, their advice on color, shape and brands of frames. Their customer service is great and everyone there is helpful, funny & professional. I keep going back because I love the variety, quality & service.

My whole family have gone here for eye exams several times and have always received an amazing customer experience. Dr. Pikus and his staff Kozie and Tony are truly experts at what they do. They are consistently cheerful, attentive, smart, professional, concise and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

I came in during January looking to get some new glasses. It had been twenty years since I had had a new pair. I spent some time looking around and Tony checked in on me occasionally while he was helping another customer.

Afterwards he took the time to really help me choose a pair that not only looked good on me but were actually a bit more bold than I would normally go for.

The glasses at this store are not your average set of eye wear. It's a bit more pricey but all of the glasses are extremely high quality and bold. I myself ended up going with a pair of Tarian glasses. I could not be happier. 100% would come again.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I loved their selection of frames. I thought I'd give it a try since my former optometry business has changed so much from when I first started going to them.
I am sticking with The Eye Spot from now on!

Tried to make an appointment . Cody was very pleasant and referred me to a specialist . Very polite. Excellent customer service. Appreciate the professionalism and recommendation.

Now this coming from a business owner!!! Keyboard Thug if I spoke for five minutes it was because you paused too long! You didn't even have five minutes.

We all know that spell check works when we feel the need to use it. However, deciding not to use spell check, has nothing to do with my education level considering I'm highly educated and certified. Don't allow a response NOT in your favor dictate my level of knowledge or education.

Be better, go out of business and obtain customer service training, period.

Respond to your feedback sooner than one month later, it says a lot about your business.

This place is just the best. I've been going here for years and every time I have to go to the eye doctor I honestly get excited. The workers here greet you so well and are so interested and genuinely care about what's going on in my life. The eye doctor has lots of skill and gives me many options with how I would like my contacts to fit my needs and make me feel the most comfortable. Love this place!!!!!!

I've moved a bunch over the years and because of my terrible vision, I've often been in the situation where I had to find a new eye doctor. Usually I rely on recommendations from friends, but this time I went to The Eye Spot based off of reviews and couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Pikus is thorough, friendly and listens to any concerns I have. She doesn't oversell but makes sure I get what I need. A bonus - the whole staff is great - the rapport they have with each other is inclusive of their customers.
