My experience with Hatch has been nothing short of extraordinary, and I feel compelled to share the warmth, care, and professionalism I've encountered throughout each step of the process.

From the very beginning, Hatch stood out with their unwavering support and genuine concern for my well-being. The personal check-ins, from the moment I was selected until days after the retrieval, made a significant difference in my experience. It was reassuring to know that there was always someone ready to listen, advise, and encourage, making the journey smoother and less daunting.

This level of care and consideration is why I have continued to choose them for my donations. I have worked with Alex my last 2 donations, and she has been remarkable. Constantly checking in on me to ensure I am having a smooth and enjoyable process through each step in my donation journey. She has been nothing short of amazing, and I am truly grateful for her.

I am an intended parent, have worked with the team at Hatch for egg donor search / IVF cycles, as well as gestational surrogacy. I have had very positive experiences throughout both processes. Everybody there has been professional, empathetic, and thoughtful.

During the egg donor search, they were supportive and patient, prompt in getting answers for any questions I had for the potential donors, but with a gentle touch to give me space and time to find the ideal donor.

I also appreciate they screen and background-check their surrogate candidates (and intended parents) very thoroughly, more than their peers, which give me extra confidence on the qualifications of candidates they recommend.

At all of critical decision points, they always respected my preferences, genuinely wanted me to choose what I was most comfortable with , and I never felt any pressure to follow what others would consider right.

I have been most impressed with the maturity and emotional intelligence of everybody working there. They are all excellent communicators, tactful and kind, discreet and warm, just in general a very pleasant group of people to work with. I would highly recommend them to anybody considering donor IVF or surrogacy.

Working with Hatch is such a wonderful experience. This is my second time going through company and I always feel safe and loved. Working with Alex and Vanessa is a pleasure, they answer any and all questions I have.

We worked with The Egg Donor & Surrogacy Program for two years and it was a wonderful experience! They did everything they could to make the relatively complicated process of surrogacy as simple as possible. They were always available to answer any questions and solve any problems that arose from the first time we met with them. After selecting an egg donor, they paired us with an excellent and experienced surrogate who became a great partner throughout our journey. When we unfortunately had an underwhelming first cycle and subsequent miscarriage, they guided us into making the right decisions to ensure success the second time around. The team (Shoshannah, Mykeesha, Janice, Alex and at the time Shelley) walked us through complicated legal, insurance, medical and financial decisions but everything ultimately was seamless. They went out of their way to lay out expected costs and prepare us for decisions we'd need to make during the pregnancy. We can't thank them enough for their helping in creating our family!

This is a great group to work with! I am currently a second time surrogate. I can tell you that from the surrogate side, they truly will take care of you. From day one, they have been there for me. They are on top of things and won't leave me hanging or lost with unanswered questions. They matched me with great intended parents and made sure that I was comfortable with them too. The staff is great, and answer all questions quickly. They check on you and make sure that you are doing well and that you taken care of. They are all loving and kind hearted. You will truly feel like family from day 1!!

My experience with this egg donor agency was very positive. Not only did they contact me every week to make sure I was ok, but they always kept me in the loop about the matching process, the medications, and my appointments. At some point, I just spoke directly to the fertility center regarding my appointments as it was faster, but this agency was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions quickly and completely. Please keep in mind that if you do decide to do this, it works in your favor if you are committed to it and follow through with it to the end. Otherwise, you may have a different experience than what I had.

My cycle coordinator was Christi Frantom. She e-mailed me every Friday just to see how things were going if my status changed. The medical release forms and legal paper work were all completed online, and my agreements had no issues. After the matching and initial appointments were set, most of my communication was directly with Seattle IVF. My retrieval took longer to get to than initially planned due to my body's reaction to the medications so I had to postpone moving for one week, but for the most part, there was no complications or problems with OHSS. I did not run into any billing issues, but again, I am speaking from the perspective of an egg donor.

My compensation and reimbursements took about a week to get to me after my retrieval, but it was smooth and incident-free. I would work with this agency again, given the chance, and I recommend it other potential egg donors as well.

This program is truly unbelievable. Not only do they NOT look out for the best interest of their persepective parents, but they lie right to their face. They are truly in the business for making money only. They lied to me and manipulated several times regarding donors. Beware...they overcharge repulsive amounts of money while praying on infertile woman. I would not recommend this company, as I have experienced their lack of integrity several times.

There are no words to express my gratitude and my absolute happiness of having worked with the team, Alex, Shelley and Vanessa between May and September this year. They were an absolute treat and a blessing to work with after 2-3 months of unsuccessfully having contacted pretty much all the agencies in the LA area and the NYC area in search of my ideal egg donor.

My needs were specific (minority race) so that we had to fly in from Europe for the treatment. However, everything fell into place like a dream and with such efficiency. Communication flow was easy, professional, warm and accessible. The time difference of +/-10 hours was not a problem at all. It was a long and vigorous process going through contract after contract what with between the agency and the IVF clinic, but I was in competent hands.

This just made my life that much easier as this whole process is no walk in the park. One needs to be determined, thorough, resilient and positive to make this happen and Alex and Shelley were simply there for me as "partners-in-crime" (haha) but also the best "girlfriends" with tremendous empathy and resources. They were the best cheerleaders that one could ever hope for. I felt so valued and listened to. It can get very lonely sometimes as my hubby could not give me the emotional support that I at times needed.

I also happened to work with one of the best IVF physicians and team (Dr Boostanfar from HRC Encino) and got BFP on the first try. I am now 12 week pregnant and having to pinch myself daily of this good fortune that we made happen.

What I would say to "would-be-mothers" looking for the egg donor agency is this. Look for agencies who sincerely take care of their donors, who treat them with respect and with a sense of humanity. I certainly felt that they had treated my egg donor with all the love, patience, and respect that she deserves. That was a top priority for me as whatever the result, I wanted to make sure this is a good experience for both of us (egg donor and me). As without these donor angels, a world will be a lesser place simply. I also sincerely believe that is how they attract the "good, nice, lovely, beautiful donors" to their agency. If I were able to donate as a young woman, i would want to work with them myself! They deserve to be treated properly and with as much care and respect. This was also the only agency where they do not post donors who were matched/or in review/or unavailable. This wasted so much of my emotional stamina sorting through this unnecessary step. Shelley and team truly understands and runs this place like a family and I appreciated this every step of the way.

They also stepped up for me in a big way when we were stuck in a rather challenging place towards the end of the line (scheduling challenges with donor) and Alex and Shelley pulled everything together in a matter of one or two days to make it happen. Just the best. I had not imagined that this type of "can do" attitude and professionalism could or would happen and this had in fact made a world of difference... the very reason why I could be pregnant today. It really was a make or break moment for me and they pulled it through. What champions they are! I feel truly blessed to have worked with them and I only wish them the best. I also thank Shelley for having built this wonderful team of experts and angels to help "would be mothers" make their baby dreams come true. Thank you Shelley, Thank you Alex and Thank you Vanessa. You are my heros.

Not a good experience...we purchased 10 thawed eggs and Shelley was suppose to give us an additional egg. Totaling 11 eggs. SHE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EGGS!!! We only received 9 eggs. You do not get what you pay for at the Egg Donor Program.

We are so glad we found Shelley and The Egg Donor Program. They have an impressive selection of donors and are very professional to work with. They only post donors that are currently available which is very important. We were very frustrated with another agency that posted doors and when we wanted to book they hadn't even been through the screening process yet. Everybody at the Egg Donor Program is very compassiontae, helpful, and totally straightforward and professional. We conceived boy/girl twins on our very first IVF cycle using frozen donor eggs form The Egg Donor Program. We could not be happier! Highly recommend!!!
