THE NOISE IS CRAZY!! 365 DAYS A YEAR. - Daniel I.Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, NV02Mar 30, 2022
Its good to know racism is still strong at these apartments. I live on the 1st floor. a pipe burst on the 2nd floor causing a major leak in my apartment. I was forced to leave for 5 days (they refused to pay for me to relocate to another place). I come back after 5 days and my carpet still remains soaked and my furniture has been moved and not moved back. I am not happy and call the office to complain. A "lady" named bernice or bernadette told me "shut up chink and expect an eviction notice". I was appalled. As a person of asian decent I should not have to subject of bigotry. I wish there was something I could do. Also my lease is up soon and the increase in rent is almost 50%. Went from $1100 a month to $1689. Money grubbing racist scumbags.

I've lived here a little over one year. Overall it's been a great experience. The staff and management are all very personable and take care of business. Erica is very professional.
Only complaint is that several times throughout the year, the central AC wouldn't work. I would put in a work order, a technician would come out and I'd come home to find the lights and ceiling fan on, with a note telling me that this would help it feel cooler. Doesn't address the AC issue. We never could figure out why the AC would be hit-or-miss, and in Arizona that's pretty important.
All of the other appliances and amenities worked well. The walls are a little thin. I could hear my downstairs neighbor snore or sneeze.
Great pool/hot tub and gym. Would definitely recommend The Condos at Williams Centre.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Todd H.Tucson, AZ01Sep 30, 2020
don't go anywhere around this place..FULL of roaches and the criminal activity is out of control. They want top dollar for rent and everything in apartment is well over 15 yrs old. Appliances are 20 yrs old..office staff will do NOTHING if they have to get out of their chair..

I wish there was an option for zero stars because thats what this place deserves. They act all nice and all while ur living there, but every opportunity that they get, they try to rip your money off. The staffs don't give a shit about your wellbeing. When you are leaving their apartment, they turn 180 degrees around and are super rude and mean, and they try to take as much of ur deposit money as they can. We got our apartment super clean professionally, and when they came in for inspection, they wanted to charge for 'little specks' that they found on our granite top. But that 'specks' were part of the design of the granite. Once I pointed it out, they just dismissed it by saying "well I can't really tell so we're gonna charge it'. like wth. The fat lady at the front is a bitch.

I really liked living here. The grounds are well manicured, the pool is beautiful and well cared for and the staff is friendly. I also love the location. In the heart of town, you are never very far from anything.
The only complaint I have is that there are single pane windows and not much insulation. I have been in my bedroom and thought someone was in the living room because of the excessive noise.
That being said, I liked living here more than any apartment in town.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Michelle W.Tucson, AZ773Aug 2, 2018
No parking. Thin walls. Weed smell. DEPECTIVE LEASING PRACTICES.
I have rented at 5 apartments around town (I like to move around a lot) and I have never come across an apartment complex who does not understand what "six months" is.
April is the leasing agent I talked to and signed my lease with. I told her I wanted a six month lease, the cost sheet I got from her states I have a lease that is six months (starting February 10th). However, I just found out that instead of my lease ending August 10th, it end August 31st. As I has already signed a lease somewhere else (thinking logically that my lease would end SIX MONTHS after 2/10) I now have to pay for two apartments for August. I'm not sure how you can advertise a six month lease that is longer than six months and only have that finer detail in the tiniest print in the lease.
But my experience with The Condominium at Williams Centre has been horrible since I moved in.
The day I got my keys, I went to check out my apartment and the key did not work. I was told that the master key was no where to be found, meaning there was no way to get into my apartment. I had movers coming in an hour, and obviously needed to get into my apartment. Kimberly, who was helping me told me that by the time I was back with my movers, the maintenance person would be there to drill out the lock and let me in. Fast forward an hour, I and my movers are outside my still locked apartment. I called Kimberly and she told me I had to "be patient" because the maintenance person was on his way (even though at this point an hour had passed since we were made aware of the tissue). For twenty minutes, my movers had to unload everything into the hallway until the keys were finally found. I walked in and the carpets were wet. Kimberly seemed unconcerned about the wet carpets or the fact that it took them an hour and a half to open my door.
I never received an apology from the office manager or any sincere apology from any office member.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vegas C.TX, TX098May 7, 2018
UPDATE 05/19: They have moved us to a way better apartment. There are no roaches in this unit. I was impressed by their swift and quick response to our problem; however, they didn't pay for us to move our furniture and household goods. We had to pay $200 for someone to help us. Overall, the new place is definitely an upgrade.
So we sold our home in April of 2018 and needed a place for 4 to 6 months, just until our new home is being built. Well my wife wanted to move here and stated they claim they are luxurious and are great. Boy oh boy were we wrong. The carpets were filthy and we had to pay a professional to clean. Also, the dishwasher didn't work when we moved in, I am sure they knew this. The noise is unbearable too. We are on the first floor and it sounds like the Kentucky Derby upstairs, even past their quiet hours. We contacted the front office on 05/05 and they said they would handle it, but the noise continued throughout the weekend. For the luxury prices we pay here, things should be better. The cheap dirty carpet is unacceptable. We pay more here than we did for our previous mortgage. Last but not least, we spotted 2 roaches in our tub!!! Yikes. I was told on 05/07 that they are sewer roaches and it was the city's fault! We would never had signed a contract if we would have experienced these issues. Run from this place quick, 4 months can't come quick enough.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - M W.Clermont, FL01Sep 26, 2017
TERRIBLE!!!!! When you follow the rules and give proper notice they say you did not but the check was cashed. I would not recommend this to anyone. This will follow you. Don't do it

Waste of money. You pay more for this place than any other apartment in area and not worth it. When we moved into our apartment it was dirty. You are required to pay for carpet cleaning but ours wasn't clean before we moved in. We had dog hair all over the apartment. Washer and dryers are old. They damaged about 10 articles of clothing. We asked for it to be replaced, and they just traded it out with an older washer and dryer. Landscaping is always muddy and nasty. I wouldn't recommend living here.
