Mea culpa! Just went to their sister franchise off of Dumfries Road last night and had a good meal with great service and personal attention from management on the floor. Our small group left full and very happy, and Xavier gave us excellent service! That young man deserves a raise!
But all this was at the Dumfries/Lake Ridge location.
The original 3.star review here was for Bourbon Boulevard (smh) Very sorry, don't know how I messed that up. The photos attached are from Bourbon Boulevard as well.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I live in the neighborhood of this restaurant and have eaten here, gotten takeout and delivery many, many times without problem. However, on June 17, 2023, I tried to place an order online for delivery and basically THREW AWAY $44.

I ordered through the restaurant website and thought I hit delivery. I filled out my address and placed my order. The time came and went for the order to be delivered but the food never came. I called the restaurant, where first, the young man who answered the phone couldn't even remember where he was and struggled to say the name of the restaurant (Ps... It's the ALL AMERICAN STEAK HOUSE!)

I explained my situation and was placed on hold 3 different times. Finally a very rude, young lady explained that my order had been done as a takeout order instead of a delivery and that the owner TONY would need to call me back the next day to deal with it. I argued that I didn't understand why I was being charged for food I wasn't going to get bc I couldn't come pick it up, especially if the UNTOUCHED food could be served to another customer in the restaurant.

She explained that they could NOT re-serve the food to anyone bc it had already been "processed" and that it HAD ALL BEEN THROWN AWAY. They threw my food away BEFORE a solution had been REACHED! It's true that I didn't have car bc my son had my car (single parent) BUT I could have tried to arrange something so
I didn't waste $44!!! BUT they had already thrown it AWAY! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I assumed that meant that I would at least be given a full refund. She assured me that TONY would give me a call the next day to discuss it.

It's been FOUR DAYS and I have not received a call from TONY to arrange ANYTHING! AND there has been NO charge back to my debit card! So I have NO FOOD and I'm out $44.00 (which INCLUDED A TIP OF $5.43 for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!) Highway robbery!

Save your hard earned money and go with a reputable business that cares ab customer service instead of charging people for NOTHING!

As a single mom, I could have used that $44.00 for a lot of things.

Been here twice. The first time was a busy and they burnt my steak but we gave them another try. Brought out my steak the first time and it was super rare I asked them to please not burn it ... well they brought it back out and it was burned up! The quality of all the food was good and the salad was fresh. The "butter " they use is lacking. The manager did give us a free appetizer card and took my meal off the check. I'm super upset because I really wanted a nice steak. I will not be going back.

I used to go there I enjoyed their food the service was amazing I stopped going there because they changed all their food I used to get a side salad with my entry I love it I couldn't wait to go to the next time to have it now they made it so small and their prices are outrageous service is still so good but I don't want to go there anymore

I hate to update reviews, but if I feel it's necessary I will. After a couple of bad visits, including one awful one we swore off this place. Jump to nearly 7 years later and we were in the area and my husband and son wanted steak. We decided to give it a go. Wow, talk about a difference! We were there early so it was pretty empty for the first half of our meal. Our server was great, not over bearing but around when needed. The food was wonderful. The crazy thing is how great the nachos were! We left Southern California many years ago but are quite spoiled with nachos, and have tried them everywhere. These were by far the best we have found, even beating our favorite Mexican restaurant they we eat at weekly. The steaks the boys had were perfect, my teriyaki salmon was delicious and the sides were done well. They are officially back on our rotation (we eat out a lot) and deservedly so.

We've been to quite a few of these and they are all consistent. I ordered a ribeye and got a New York Strip (which I like too). I didn't complain. My potato was excellent. Service was good. Restrooms were clean. Overall a good experience.

Good food. Incredible daily specials. Very friendly people. Steaks are amazing....great value.

I'm giving a 2 stars because our server was cordial. But to say this was a 1/2 lb angus burger is false. I was so let down from my recent visit because I was looking forward to having a nice cheeseburger and I was surprised to get this.. smaller than a McDonald's kids cheeseburger(!), so save your money. I'm not sure what happened - since there burgers used to be legitimately ground and a half pound. I suspect they're using frozen burgers.

My wife, daughter and I went for dinner on 6/4/2022.

I had steak tips, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak tips were unevenly cut, some pieces very thin and overcooked. The pieces that were cut correctly were nicely cooked. The meat was under seasoned. The meat with the mushrooms and onions was a good bite. Broccoli under seasoned and slightly overcooked but not horribly overcooked.
Not a horrible dish but not what I expected. I had the granny smith bread pudding. It was a huge piece! The top half was very tasty, although the apple slices were very thin. It was very dense. The bottom half, when eaten separately was bland, it needed sugar desperately. I wonder if cutting the bread smaller before baking would help with the density.
My wife had the ribeye with bacon potatoes au gratin. Very tasty. Her steak was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and very tender. I had a few bites, best steak I've tasted in a long time. She had the cookies and cream pie for dessert, very tasty.
My daughter had the grilled Cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was very tender. I had a few bites, chicken was delicious, sauce flavorful - not too spicy, delicious.
She had the Brownie sundae for dessert. Delicious.
I couldn't give this restaurant a 5 rating based on the comments about my dish, tasty but underwhelming, based on the price. Nonetheless, 2 of our meals were absolutely delicious. I would recommend this restaurant, just don't get the steak tips, get the ribeye or the grilled chicken Cajun pasta.

A wedge salad is a wedge of a head of ice burg lettuce. Romaine lettuce is for Cesar salad. Please remind your kitchen of this.
Service is always pretty good but the food hasn't been great the last few times we've dined.
