Many years ago, this was THE place to be. Not so much anymore. We were hungry and in the vicinity, so we took a chance. It was non rush hours (then again...is there ever a rush here?) The whole place looks dated and like it could use a good power washing.

Fifteen year old had a black bean burger. It you're only going to put 10 fries on a plate (two of them hanging off...see photo) why bother? She was irate that they asked me if I needed a children's menu for her ... who does that? Seven year old had fruit cup, mac and cheese and lemonaid for $5. That was the deal of the day. I had pecan crusted chicken on a salad. Chicken was dry. Very, very dry.

I don't do grimy. I won't be back. But 20 years ago I loved this place.

This place was the Worst Friday's I have ever been to. Got the flat bread for an appetizer cheese was cold, bread was rubbery, chicken was like dog meet microwaved hard. I sent it back and the second one was worse than the first one. Manager NEVER came out. I actually had to ask for him. He was kind enough to take it off me bill.
The Mahi was the size of a dollar bill cut in half. Soooo Disappointed. I'm going to BK now.

This is the home of the worst restaurant experience of our lives. A couple months ago, on a Friday night, our friends suggested TGIFriday's. I won't lie, it had been at least a decade since we had dined at a Friday's. I remembered the Jack Daniels Chicken and was tempted by the unlimited appetizers, so we all met there. We had a total of 7 people, 4 adults and 3 kids. We were seated in a booth after about 45 minutes. The booth wasn't large enough for our party, but we made it work because we were hungry. Our waiter took our drink order after another half hour. Our entire section seemed like they were overlooked. He brought out a few of our drinks (we all ordered soda's), but totally forgot my husbands. When we ordered, he asked about his Coke. We were told it would be right out. An hour later, still no appetizers, no Coke for my husband, and no sign of our server. We went to the hostess stand and asked for a server. About 10 minutes later, someone from the kitchen arrived with a tray loaded with the wrong apps. We explained that it wasn't ours, at which point, one of the kids was struck in the face with a glass plate and the entire tray was dropped on the floor (accidents happen). Our friends daughters nose was bleeding and she was hysterical! They brought her an ice pack and the manager came to our table and said 'sorry about that, we are busy and only human.' Her father was upset and we decided it was time to leave the establishment. I hadn't noticed at the time, but when the tray dropped, sauce splattered everywhere, including my hair! It also stained my shirt and splatters hit a lady at a nearby table.

I called the following week and discussed our experience with the General Manager, who was very apologetic and claimed two employees were fired following this incident because 'they were using drugs in the kitchen that evening.' He assured us that if we gave them a second chance, they'd make it right. We went in a week later (all 7 of us) and were seated at a table for 4. We took it upon ourselves to also take the table behind us, so we could also seat the kids (10, 9 & 6). Our server was fantastic, but unfortunately, our food arrived incorrect. This place is a hot mess. In this particular area, there are a ton of better options. We will not be back in the future.

This is by far the worst Friday's at which I have ever dined. The bartender, although extremely friendly and trying hard to impress, has no experience or knowledge of making drinks. The food was misrepresented (not the franchise owner'a fault), but also awful. I ordered a "pick three" of corned beef and Swiss sliders, Mac n cheese bites and Thai pork tacos, and all were equally bad. I ordered a glass of wine as to avoid a botched cocktail as I had seen served to every other patron. My wine was good. The end.

The ratings for this place are not wrong! Worst place I've been in a very long time. McDonalds is high end compared to this dump. I ordered the endless apps and got completely ignored. After 20 minutes I got the first app which was old, dry, and just plain nasty. Server never returned. I'm not hard to please, but this was an abysmal experience. I will never return.

Food was good. Service was good. Fine place for a family dining and a good time. $12 endless apps is still a good deal since I eat a lot of wings. Burgers and quesadillas were good.

Started off with a luke warm appetiser-chicken nachos. They just werent that good. Was thinking of ordering the steak but upon looking at the menu and seeing the nice thick juicy hamburgers I decided to try one of those instead. What I recieved was wafer thin patties-I just don't understand that. Got a rum drink that was waaay too sweet. My wife got the sizzling chicken and shrimp which they brought out on a much too hot plate that burned the chicken and shrimp to the point of being inedible. The waitress was ok and we didnt have to wait for our awful food-so at least we had that going for us

Our server was very kind to us and food was normal, but the problem was a kind of weird live music. It was too loud. I coudn't talk to each other with my family.
