SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE!
Our tour guide was great, but due to recent snowfall we could not go on the full day tour. Not a problem, as both the manager and the tour guide said they would refund half the tours cost (we prepaid several days in advance). Fast forward to the day of the tour... same thing, we'll do a half day tour and we'll refund half the trip cost. We just need the manager to come in and process the refund. All of a sudden, after we had the half day tour, they can only refund the difference in tour costs. Had we known this, we would have cancelled for a full refund.
It's impossible to get a call back from the manager and it seems they are screening at least some of our group's calls and don't even answer the phone. Buyer beware and avoid this shady company.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - 7942751850Mar 10, 2024
Thank you -Teton Tour Company.
The snowmobile tour through the Gros Ventre Range -Teton National Par in Wyoming was an unforgettable experience. The stunning views of snow-capped peaks, the untouched powder snow, and the rugged western feel of nature made it a truly remarkable adventure.
The tour felt like a journey through a winter wonderland, complete with the thrill of speeding through the snow-covered trails. Our adventure took us through the Gros Ventre Range -Teton National Park.
A snowmobile tour is a must-do for anyone looking to experience the beauty and excitement of the Wyoming wilderness.

Unprofessional company. Tour guide showed up at our hotel and only then told us that we would do a half day tour vs full day. Company promised to compensate us but after weeks of following up we're still waiting from them to honor their word. recommend finding another company so you get the tour you paid for.

We booked a full day tour, that morning they called to say it snowed a lot and the full day location wasn't accessible. They offered us a refund or 50% refund and a half day tour. At the end of the half day the manager tried to give less of a refund. I informed her of what I was told that morning and she checked with the employee from the morning and then agreed to honor the 50%. Later that day I got a call saying the general manager would not be honoring that agreement. I asked for him to give me a call, was told he would, but he seems to not care about calling customers back.

Good news/bad news. The good news - the destination is amazing! The trip out and back are beautiful and the hot springs are magical. The bad news - our trip had to "clean up" after an earlier trip, an earlier group left a broken down machine on the trail and just left it there for us to tow back. We spent at least 1/4 of our trip towing a machine and never got above 10 mph. I tried to request a partial refund (we paid over $600 for this trip) and was told NO. Asked the general manager to call me back and I'm still waiting. Overall - great destination, terrible customer service.

A trip for me and my wife to go ride snow mobiles out west that was planned for our honeymoon 22 years ago got delayed due to raising a family. So fast forward 22 years of marriage and our kids are grown now. Bo was our guide he was awesome and can't say enough good things about him he made the experience exactly what we wanted it to be and very helpful with everything! The scenery was amazing at Togwotee Mountain! Will be planning another trip and requesting Bo as our guide again.

We took the Granite Hot Springs Tour and it was nothing short of incredible, the entire trip we had breath taking views that looked like out of a movie. And our tour guide Brandon was phenomenal very educated on the tour was great teaching us how to operate a snowmobile. Some might say he is the GOAT!! Of snowmobile guided tours!!!!! Will definitely look to coming back again

Matt guided us to Granite Hot Springs on a snowmobile. He was an excellent guide who took care with every guest. We got to stop many times to take pictures and he gave us plenty of time to soak in the hot spring. Would definitely go again. Highly recommend

We traveled 40-45 miles an hour for approximately 8 hours. During the entire trip we stopped three times to take pictures and rest. The guide ran off and left most of the group and only stopped to check about every 2-3 miles to see if everyone was safe. With the cliffs, ledges, and sharp turns, if any one had slid off, they would not have been found. During one stop someone inquired where exactly the divide was located, the guide stated, "It was somewhere back there." Also, I was told there would be restrooms along the way. After about four hours I inquired about restrooms, the guide told me to pick a tree. I've been on several snowmobile tours, and they have all been wonderful, but this was a nightmare. I see some photos include a meal indoors. Ours was a sandwich in the middle of a field with winds blowing so hard we could not eat. I absolutely caution anyone considering this trip to go somewhere else. I did not feel safe and neither did the other riders.

Second time at this tour Co taking snowmobiles to the granite hot springs. Both tours we had Joey as our guide and he's nothing short of amazing. Not only a fantastic guide but great photographer as well. I highly recommend this if you're in the Jackson area.
