They provide false infimation about a supposed unpaid bill. I never saw any invoice until after they sent it to collections. they failed to advise me proper charges for services. there was some blood work and a couple of office visits. none of which should have totaled the amount sent to collections. they said collection would have all the information. go to the collections agency they needed a signature on an authorization to obtain said information they should have access to. dr may be decent but billing and front desk have shown a penchant for fabrication of information.

I've been seeing David Day as a patient since October of 2020. His service is fine. However, every time I need a refill for a prescription, and the pharmacy needs to receive authorization from the office, it takes forever.

Currently, I have been off of a needed medication for almost a week. I requested refill on Monday and today is Thursday. The pharmacy stated to give the office a call as it always takes a long time to get a response. I called the office, and once again, they stated that they have not received the request. This occurs nearly every month and is unacceptable.

I would not recommend their service, and as of today, I shall no longer be their patient!

The only reason I gave two starts was for David Day. The office staff would not be employed if I owned the business.

Dr. Jones was my OBGYN. He was amazing throughout my pregnancy and when I had a complicated delivery, he skillfully and quickly handled a very scary situation without worrying me. (I'll spare details) He absolutely saved my life, without me even knowing that I was in trouble. I was focused on my brand new baby.

He is also our family doctor and pediatrician. He always makes sure that we know the science behind things. He gives out his cell phone number and always texts back right away. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for answers to my concerns regarding fevers, broken bones, infections- everything.

David Day is also awesome. We don't see him as often but when we do, we are always pleased.

I suppose, by way of constructive criticism, I would say that I'd prefer a designated "sick" side of the waiting area, rather than everyone being just mingled together.

Great medical service. Dr. Jones does OBGYN, FAMILY MEDICINE, and is very experienced and thorough. I recommend him for anyone looking for a great physician. He cna do it all.

The doctors are pretty nice and seem knowledgeable we have gone a few times and generally have a normal doctor visit experience. The main reason for the low review is a pretty hefty backstabbing bill we got recently. They say that they'll charge you for lab work that they send out. Turns out they also charge you for lab work they do in house as if they sent it out! Since they don't own it you will get a nice bill from the hospital and everyone knows how hospitals like to charge a lot so yeah you should get the idea a nice big bill. We tried to talk to them about it but they got upset because we had signed this paper as we're walking out. Make sure to question them on everything that they do so that you don't get a a surprise bill like we did.
