I tripped on my computer's power cord and damaged the internal Jack. I took it to one place that "fixed" it, but it would only charge when the computer was off. Took it to Tech4U and they fixed it right. Hopefully, I'll be less clumsy going forward, but any future issues, I'll definitely be coming here to get them fixed.

excellent service! Drake returned my call quickly, took all the time needed to answer my questions, explain the problem, and offer solution options. Then fixed my laptop quickly, and at a reasonable cost. It now runs better than ever. Highly recommend this company!
