We got into conversation (as neighbors often do) that led to him taking a crack at a problem in Sales Force that had been vexing us for years (namely, how to auto-organize contact record types for export to MailChimp).
Chris was sharp and dogged, and within thirty minutes he had the entire thing fixed! I can say that he's great at SalesForce and at trouble shooting generally, and he seems to have encyclopedic knowledge of all gadgets, gizmos, and equipment to boot.
